어린이의 보존능력과 청각능력 및 음악능력과의 관계연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reval some corrlation between a child's musical ability and his conservation. And it was seen in this study by both of the visual preservation ability and the musical auditory preservation ability of the five or six years old child. Subjects covered are as follows : 1. Is there some significant correlation between a child's visual preservation ability ? 2. Is there some significant difference between a child's age and preceding musical experiences ? 3. Is there Some significant correlation between a child's musical ability and his auditory ability ? 4. Is there some significant difference between a child's age and preceding musical experoemces ? Materials for the study was taken from the children who were selected by random sampling from a 'S' kindergarten in Seoul and also from the first school year children of a "B" grade school in Seoul. More concretly saying, 45 children selected from both groups respectively were first tested, and then, also from the both, five persons were respectively excluded due to their unappropriate answers : so, finally contributed children were total 80 persons. (numbers of the male and the female are at the same) The employed tools for the study were Piaget's Preservation Concept Test, Rider's M-PACD Test, and Simons Measurement of Music Listening. And, also Pearson's Product -Moment Correlation was applied to the required material analysis. Results are as follows : 1. There were significant correlation between a child's visual preservation ability and his musical auditory preservation ability. 2. There appeared no significant difference between the two due to different age but significant difference between groups were there between visual preservation ability and musical auditory preservation ability according to prior musical experiences in age. 3. There appeared significant correlation between the musical ability and musical auditory preservation ability. 4. No significant difference according to prior musical experience, but significant difference according to age.;본 연구는 5세, 6세, 어린이의 보존능력과 청각능력 및 음악능력과의 관계를 조사하여 유아 음악교육을 효과적으로 하기위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하는데 그 목적을 두고있다. 본 연구에서 다루고자 하는 문제는 다음과 같다. Ⅰ. 어린이의 보존능력과 청각능력간에 유의한 상관이 있는가? Ⅱ. 변인에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는가? Ⅲ. 어린이의 음악능력과 청각능력간에 유의한 상관이 있는가? Ⅳ. 변인에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는가? 연구의 대상은 서울시내에 위치한 S유치원 유아 40명과 B국민학교 1학년 어린이 40명으로 총80명(남·여동수)이다. 연구대상 선정은 유치원과 국민학교에서 1학급을 임의로 선정하여 그중 45명씩을 무선표집하였다. 45명중 무성의하게 반응한 어린이 5명을 제외하고 40명을 대상으로하여 총 연구대상 어린이는 80명이 된다. 연구의 도구는 Piaget의 보존개념검사, Rider의 청각보존능력검사, Simon의 음악능력검사이다. 자료 분석은 Pearson의 상관계수로 검증하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 어린이의 보존능력과 청각능력간에 유의한 상관이 있었다. 2. 연령에 따라 유의한 차이는 없었으나 렛슨의 유무에 따라 보존능력과 청각능력은 집단간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 3. 음악능력과 청각능력간에 유의한 상관이 있었다. 4. 렛슨의 유무에 따라 유의한 차이는 없었으나 연령에 따라 집단간에 유의한 차이가 있었다.
