북한 '조선로동당' 성립과정에 관한 연구

Abstract

북한은 해방 후 반제반봉건민주주의혁명과 그후 계속된 사회주의혁명을 실시하는 데 있어 '조선로동당'이 핵심적 지도체로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다고 주장하고 있다. 따라서 북한사회를 이해하기 위하여서는 '조선로동당'에 대한 분석이 선결적으로 요구된다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 조선로동당의 성립과정을 주제로 택하여 그를 국제공산당 원칙인 맑스.레닌주의 당원칙에 입각해 분석함으로써 조선로동당의 성립과정이 맑스.레닌주의 당원칙에 의거해 성립되었는 가를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 연구시기를 다음과 같이 택하였다. 1. 한국에서 처음 공산주의운동이 시작되었으며 1925년 조선공산당이 결성되고 해산되는 시기인 1920년대의 공산주의운동, 2. 조선공산당이 해산된 후 중국공산당 밑에서 진행된 조선인공산주의자들의 1930년대 항일무장투쟁, 3. 8.15 해방 이후 '조선공산당 북조선분국'의 결성에서부터 1949년 남북로동당의 합당을 통해 '조선로동당'의 결성에 이르기까지의 해방 후 활동. 연구 결과 나타나는 특징은 다음과 같다. 1. 1925년 결성된 조선공산당은 레닌주의 당원칙에서 이탈했으며 이것은 일제의 탄압을 용이하게 하는 조건으로 작용해 1928년 해산되었다. 2. 1939년에서부터 1945년 해방전까지 진행된 항일무장투쟁기간중 조선공산당 건설을 위한 준비작업이 미흡하나마 맑스.레닌주의 당원칙에 입각하여 진행되었으나 일제의 탄압으로 인하여 파괴되었다. 3. 해방이후 조선로동당의 성립에 이르는 과정은 맑스.레닌주의 당원칙을 당시 조성된 북한사회에 재적용시키면서 이루어졌다. 마지막으로 조선로동당의 성립과정에 나타나는 특징을 총괄적으로 요약해 보면 1930년대 항일무장투쟁기의 당 설립을 위한 조직의 건설이라는 경험에서부터 해방후 조선로동당의 성립에 이르는 전기간을 통하여 주도적 역할을 수행하여 온 항일무장투쟁세력들은 맑스.레닌주의 사상을 중심사상으로 설정하고 그를 당시 북한의 상황에 적용시켜 가면서 맑스.레닌주의 당으로서 '조선로동당'을 결성했다.;The objective of this thesis is to examine the character of the Coson Nodong-Dang and to seek the right understanding of North Korea through anaiyzing the establishment process of the Chosen Nodong- dang. The Chosn Nodong-Dang Played a key Pole as the headquaters of revolution in the North Korea's B.D.R after Liberation. And also It has lead the Performance of revolution ever since its beginning. Therefore, it is firsty required to survey and analyze the Chosen Nodong- Dong in depth in understanding the North Korea Society. Accoring to the North Korean official position, the Choson Nodong-Dong had been formed through the real establishment process after liberation, on the basis of the revolutionarv tradition which had been got in the period of the Anti-Japanese Guerilla Activities of the 1930s' in the last Manchuria. Therefore, the understanding of the Anti- Japanese Guerilla Activities of the 1930s' in the East Manchuria, which is a forgotten history, is required in order to analyze the establishment process of the Choson Nodong- Dong. Accordingly, this thesis is to anaiyze the establishment process by means of the following periodization. 1. Communist movement in the 1929s', in which Communist movement was firstly formend in Korea, and in which the Chosen Communist Party was organized and disorganized in 1925. 2. The Communist movement of the Korean people under the Chinese Communist Party after the dissolution of the Chosen Communist Party, in which there was no party to lead the Socialist Revolution in Korea. 3. The Communist movement from 8.15 Liberation to the Establishment of the Choson Choson Communist Party. The distinctive features of the establishment process of the Party, which appear through the ongoing course of history in nearly 30 years, in following. 1. In the Period of Anti- Japanese Guerilla Activities under the Chinese Party, the Korean Communists seemed to prepare the establishment of the Choson Nodong- Dong organizationally and ideologilly. 2. The establishement process of the Chosen Nodong- Dang after 8.15 Liberation is the course that the organizational, ideological preparations of Party establisment in the perid of Anti- Japanese Guerilla Activities have been applied to circumstances of Liberation creativity. 3. After Liberation, the Party expanded its organizational basis through the execution of the B.D.R. 4. Chosen Nodong-Dong has been established in the capacity of the core of leadership in all korean peninsula at the outset.
