國民學校 舞踊敎育의 實態에 關한 硏究

Abstract

本 硏究는 國民學校 舞誦敎育의 現況과 指導의 實態를 把握하여 舞漏敎育을 보다 效率的이고 合理的민 方法으로 개선하고. 이 방면의 硏究에 基礎資料를 제공하는 데 目的이 있으며 文獻 硏究를 통하여 國民學校 舞踊敎育의 必要性을 確認하고 舞顧學習 內容의 적절성을 검토하였고, 舞顧敎育의 實態 把握은 질문지 법에 의해 이루어 졌다. 國民學校 敎師들의 舞踊 敎育의 指導에 관한 자질을 알기 위해서는 全國 敎育大學 무용과 敎援들에게 舞踊敎育의 內容과 指導方法. 間題點등에 關한 意見을 調査했다. 간단한 豫備調査를 거처 本調査를 實施하였으며 效果的인 舞踊敎育方案을 위해 國民學校 餃師와 敎育大學 舞踊敎授들의 意見을 들었다. 위와같은 여러가지 方法을 통해서 얻은 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. (1) 國民學校 舞踊敎育의 實拔指導는 여러가지 환경적 要因, 施設面의 不足, 舞踊槪念에 대한 그롯된 認識, 行事를 위한 舞踊으로의 전락, 指導敎師의 자질 부족으로 인해 正常的으로 이루어지지 않고 있다. (2) 체육과 교육과정의 舞踊時間 配當 비율은 10%(연간 10∼11時間)로서 舞踊學習 단원 영역을 이수하는 데 많은 곤란을 겪고 있으므로 舞踊 領域의 配當 비율은 現在보다 늘여야 할 것으로 본다. (3) 實接 指導 能力이 不足한 敎師들은 대부분 강습회등의 自己修練을 통하여 實技能力을 보완하고 있으므로 行政當局에서는 연차적인 練修 計劃의 수립과 練修 機會를 충분히 제공해 주어야 한다. (4) 舞踊學習 施設 準備나 行事時 舞誦發表의 賈用 충당은 學生의 個人 부담이나 육성회에서 밑받침해주고 있으나 敎育의 일환으로 생각할 때 學被 行政家의 적극적인 협조가 필요하다. (5) 指導敎師의 과반수 이상이 舞踊學習 단원의 民俗舞踊, 表現舞誦의 內容에 대한 槪念이나 指導方法論, 表現能力이 不足하였고, 또 학급담임이 8교과를 指導해야하는 어려운 실정으로 정상적인 敎育方案을 위해서 교과 전담제 (舞誦전담敎師등)꼭 實施가 절실히 요구된다. (6) 敎育大學 舞踊敎育의 實施現況의 間題點으로는, 무엇보다도 體育교과과정에 따른 舞漏時間 배당의 부족이 가장 큰 문제점으로 지적되고 指導方法예 있어서는, 男女에 따라 차이를두고 있으며 이는 國民學校 舞踊學習 內容은 敎師性別에 관계없이 賞技指導하도록 되어있으므로 敎育大學의 舞踊敎育은 男女 區別없이 實施되어야 한다. (7) 國民學校 舞踊단원의 學習수준은 약간 높은 편에 속하며 學習量은 대체적으로 알맞다는 것으로 나타났으나 舞踊전담교사가 아딘 담임교사들의 實指指導能力 부족으로 제대로 舞踊 授業이 實施되지 않고 있다 (8) 國民學校 舞踊發表行事 種別은 運動會에서 마스게임형식이 압도적이므로 敎育學의 무용 교육과정에 "學校舞踊"등의 行事舞誦이 다루어져야 하겠다.;With this study, I intended that 'dance education at primary school' is to be evolved efficiently and reasonably. According to the present state of teaching system, I was r recognized the necessity of dance education in primary school and investigated which it's program is proper or not. Especially the substancial problem was known by the question terms. In order to understand the qualities of dancing masters in primary school, I entrusted the matter to the professors, whose major subject is 'dance education', in the college of education. all over the country, For efficient dance education, the opinions of dancing masters in primary school and that professors found some summary results. 1) Practical teaching of dance in primary school does not carry out mormaly because of many circumstancial factors, assignment of lessons inferiority of teachers qualities. 2) In the college of education, the problems are difficiency of college institutions, distinction of ability reduced from the different sex. In particular, it is pointed out the shortage of dance-lesson in the athelitic education curriculum. 3) For the better dance education, it is required that : With admistration support of the Ministry of Education, we must extend the rate of dancing-lesson in the athelitic curriculum, and plain to equipe the dancing-equipment year and year. 4) For the inferior teachers in teaching faculties of practical dance, college and educative administration authorities must plan to serve the training system, and give the change which they can study sufficiently. 5) In basic problem, primary school teachers are assigned with 8 subjects class and its dissolution is : special subject assignment (teaching) is required sincerely.
