20세기 피아노 음악작품의 효율적 지도방안에 대한 연구

Abstract

피아노는 선율과 리듬 뿐 아니라 화음과 다성음악까지 표현할 수 있는 악기이기 때문에 음악교육에서 가장 보편적이며 기본적인 매체이다. 그러므로 대부분의 학생들이 피아노를 통하여 음악의 제 개념을 배우고 음악활동을 경험한다. 그런데 일반적으로 제공되고 있는 피아노 교육에서는 바로크, 고전, 낭만시대의 음악만을 주로 가르치므로 음악의 제한된 일부분만을 경험하게 하는 바람직하지 못한 교육적 결과를 낳고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문의 연구목적은 중급 수준의 피아노 교육에서 20세기 피아노 음악 작품들을 효율적으로 지도하는 교수방안을 제시하려는 데 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 관계문헌들과 전문음악잡지를 통해 20세기 피아노 음악 작품 지도의 중요성을 살펴보고 20세기 피아노 음악의 특성과 다양한 양식을 고찰하였다. 이를 토대로 하여 20세기 피아노 문헌들 중에서 20세기의 새로운 음악적 개념과 작곡기법이 잘 반영된 악곡들을 발췌하여 이론적으로 분석한 뒤, 학습자가 올바르게 해석하고 연주할 수 있으며 음악성과 피아노적 기교를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 교수방안을 제시하였다. 또한 음악적인 창의력을 개발할 수 있는 발견학습과 즉흥연주의 교수방안을 포함하였다. 20세기 피아노 음악의 분석과 연주를 통하여 학습자는 음악의 새로운 표현방식을 이해하고 새로운 미학적 경험을 할 수 있다. 이를 통하여 기존의 가치 개념에 얽매이지 않고 음악의 새로운 흐름을 수용하는 개방적인 사고방식을 기르게 될 것이며 궁극적으로는 다양한 음악에 대한 건전한 취향을 형성하여 포괄적 음악성을 기를 수 있게 될 것이다.;Piano is the most universal and basic media since it is one of the few instruments that encompass harmony and polyphony as well as melody and rhythm. Most students learn the general ideas of music and experience the musical activities through a piano. But the actual circumstances of the present piano instrution seem to bring undesirable results such as limited musical experience by concentrating so mush on the music of Eiaroque,ClassicalandRomanticperiod. The purpose of this study is to provide the effective instructional procedure to teach intermediate-level solo piano repertoire of the 20th century. Therefore, referring to various literature and professional periodicals, I have investigated the importance of piano instruction of the 20th century piano music and the characteristics features and styles of the 20th century. Based on these investigations, pieces of music that reflect well new musical ideas and compositional techniques of the 20th century have been selected and theoretically analyzed. There followed some helpful suggestions that make it possible for the students to perform musical repertoires correctly in accordance with the interpretation and comprehension of every aspects of the 20th century piano music, and furthermore to improve their musicianship and pianistic techniques. In addition, the guiding plans of discovery study and improvisation for developing students' musical creativities are included. With analyzing and performing the 20th century piano music, students could understand new expressional way of music and have new aesthetical experiences. And by doing so, they will cultivate open hearted way of thinking and attitude to accept new musical currents, and ultimately take sound path to comprehensive musicianship.
