게시판의 활용에 관한 실태조사 연구

Abstract

Ⅰ. 서론 오늘날 새롭고 수 많은 정보들을 빠르게 전달하기위해 시청각 기재와 자료들의 보급이 급증하고 있다. 이러한 시청각 매체들 중에서 게시판은 일반 교육현장의 매체로서 칠판과 함께 가장 폭넓게 사용되는 매체일 뿐만아니라, 교육적 시각 매체로서 전달효과를 통해 효과적 학습이 이루어지도록 도와줄 수 있는 매체이다. 본 연구에서는 보다나은 학습환경을 조성하기 위한 게시판의 가치와 활용방법을 알아보고 현재 일선 국민학교 교사의 게시판 활용실태를 조사 연구함으로써 게시판 활용에 관한 방법을 타진해 보고자 한다. Ⅱ. 연구문제 본 연구에서 다루고자 하는 문제는 구체적으로 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들은 현재 게시판을 얼마만큼 활용하고 있는가? 둘째, 게시판의 게시물을 새로 제작하는 계기는 무엇인가? 셋째, 게시물의 내용은 주로 어떤 것이 많은가? 넷째, 교사들의 게시판 활용태도로써 그 필요성을 어느정도 느끼는가? 다섯째, 게시판 활용을 잘 안하고 있다면 그 이유는 주로 무엇인가? 여섯째, 게시판 활용시 그 활용에 대한 지식의 교환은 어느 정도인가? 일곱째, 교사들은 교수매체로서의 게시판을 어떻게 평가하고 있는가? Ⅲ. 연구방법 및 절차 A. 조사대상 본 연구의 대상으로는 서울시내 8개구 20개 국민학교의 1학년에서 6학년까지 각 학년 교사 4명씩, 각 학교당 24명으로 총 480명을 연구 표본으로 하였다. B. 조사도구 22개 문항으로 구성된 설문지(Questionnaire)를 사용하였다. C. 조사절차 1984년 4월 19일부터 4월 30일가지 480부를 20개 학교에 배포하여 414부가 회수됨으로써 회수율 86.3%를 보였다. D. 결과처리 응답된 설문지를 컴퓨터의 SPSS Package 프로그램으로 통계 처리되어 각 문항의 단순빈도가 산출되고 그에 필요한 Cross Tabulation에 의한 χ^(2)-검증 및 ANOVA-검증을 통해 분석되어 졌다. Ⅳ. 결과 첫째, 국민학교 교사들의 게시판 활용은 대체로 활발하며 특히 사립학교 교사들이 공립학교 교사들 보다 게시판 활용이 더 활발한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 게시판 활용은 교사자신의 결정에 의해서가 66.4%, 학교의 지시에 의해서가 33.6%였다. 셋째, 게시내용은 학생작품 전시, 학습지도, 생활지도의 순이었다. 넷째, 게시판 활용이 충분치 못한 이유는 교사 업무의 과다를 크게 들고있다. 다섯째, 게시판 활용을 위해 다른 교사와 의견을 나누는 정도는 여교사가 남교사보다 우세했다. 또한 교사의 84.8%가 게시판 활용에 대한 교사교육의 필요성을 느끼고 있었다. 여섯째, 교사들은 게시판 활용에 대해 대체로 호의적인 태도를 보이고 있다. 일곱째, 교사들의 게시판 활용에 대한 인자분석 결과 '유용성'과 '간이성'이라는 두가지 요인이 발견되었다. 게시판 활용의 유용성에 대해서는 사립학교 교사들이 공립학교 교사들 보다 더 호의적인 태도를 보이고 있었고 간이성에 대해서도 공립학교 교사들 보다는 사립학교 교사들이 더 호의적인 태도를 보이고 있었다.;Recently, the rapid increase of the audiovisual aids and materials makes the new informations communicate vigourously. Among these, a bulletin board, which is practically used more than half, is the first to be used in order to communicate. Thus, the bulletin board, as an educational visual material, must play the communicative role effectively for the more active education. In this thesis, I will introduce the practical use of the bulletin board in the elementary schools with the teachers' attitudes toward it after searching for the value, production and application methods of the bulletin board. By choosing 20 elementary schools of 8 districts in Seoul, I use the 480 elementary school teachers (each 4 teachers from the first grade to the sixth grade in each school-- namely 24 teachers in each school) for the object of this research. And the answered questions are analyzed through the SPSS pack- age program of computer for the each question's simple frequen-cy. After that, they also analyzed through -test, t-test, and ANOVA-test. The conclusions are as follows; 1. Elementary school teachers, especially private school teach-ers rather than public school teachers, use the bulletin board frequently. 2. The 64.4% of the bulletin board use is decided by the school authority, only the 33.6% can be used by the teacher himself. 3. The contents of the bulletin board are the student's work exhibitions, study guides and school-life guides. 4. Teacher's overwork prevents the bulletin-board use from working vigorously. 5. Female teachers exchange their opinions about the bulletin board use rather than male teachers. And the 84.8% of the teachers feel the necessity of the bulletin board use. 6. Teachers have good attitudes toward the bulletin board use. 7. 'Utility' and 'Simplicity' are the main causes of the bulletin board use. Private school teachers put these two causes more importantly than public teachers.
