Bowling 動作의 映像學的 分析

Abstract

The Bowling in Korea, following the adoption for the Asian Games in 1986, is facing the demand for the researches for the improvement of the performances as well as the popularization as a national Sports. So for, the researches of the Bowling in the aspect of dynamics is practically barren in Korea. The purpose of this study was to obtain the materials necessary in acquiring and training the efficient bowling technique. The results of this study was as follows: A. The Trace of the ball and the Shoulder. 1. An experienced showed more stable trace of the ball in the Approach better than An inexperienced. 2. An experienced showed more rectilineal movement of the joints of the shoulder and the arm, being the axis of the pendulum in the Backswing, more Straight line better than An inexperienced. B. The Motions from the Backswing through the Release. 1. An experienced showed the ball on the higher position in the Backswing better than An inexperienced. 2. An experienced showed the ball on the height more close to that of the shoulder better than An inexperienced. 3. An experienced showed more vertical line of the ball and the shoulder to the floor in the Release better than An inexperienced. C. The Speed of the ball. 1. An experienced showed more efficient use of the potential energy of the ball of the better than An experienced. 2. The Speed of the ball, immediately after the Release, showed no indications relating to the experience of the bowlers. 3. An experienced showed more angular Velocity better than An inexperienced.;Bowling이 1986年 Asian game에 競技種目으로 採擇됨에 따라 國民Sports의 大衆化는 勿論 競技力向上을 爲한 硏究가 要求되고 있다. 그러나 現在 우리나라에서는 Bowling動作에 關한 力學的인 側面에서의 硏究가 거의 없는 實情이다. 이 硏究는 보다 效率的인 Bowling 技術의 習得 및 指導에 必要한 資料를 얻으려는데 있다. 그리하여 熟練者(Average Score 195點)와 未熟練者 (Average Score 120點)를 硏究對象으로 하여 Bowling의 投球動作을 高速撮影한 後 그 Film을 映像分析方法으로 Ball의 軌跡, Ball의 速度, Backswing時와 Release時의 姿勢를 分析한 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. A. 投球할 때의 Ball과 어깨의 軌跡 1. 熟練者는 未熟練者보다 Approach時 投球動作에 있어서 安定된 Ball의 軌跡을 나타내었다. 2. 熟練者는 未熟練者보다 어깨의 關節移動이 一直線에 가깝고 Backswing時 振子運動의 軸이되는 팔이 直線上에 있다. B. Backswing에서 Release까지의 動作 1. 熟練者는 未熱練者보다 Backswing에서의 Ball의 位置가 높다. 2. 熟練者는 未熟練者보다 Ball의 수직높이는 어깨의 높이에 가까웠다. 3. 熟練者는 未熟練者보다 Release時 Ball과 어깨의 선이 Floor와 거의 수직이었다. C. Ball의 速度 1. 熟練者는 未熟練者보다 Ball이 갖는 位置 Energy를 有效하게 살리고 있다. 2. Release된 直後의 Ball의 速度는 Average Score와 關係가 없다. 3. 熟練者는 未熟練者보다 角速度가 크다.
