중학교 가정과 의생활 교육과정 현황에 대한 조사 분석

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to recognize the importance of clothing in practical education of home economics course at junior high schools. This study is to analyze comparatively clothing education in Japanese which neighbor on Korea, have the similar curriculum, and have students being alike in the course of their growing with Korea. Therefore, the study is to determine present status on clothing and problems related thereto, and to implement improved method on clothing and clothing educational strategy. The purpose may be outlined as follows: First, it is to demonstrate how important clothing education is in the objective of home economics education. Second, it is to compare the unit of practicing on sewing in the text book for the home economics of Japanese and Korea, and to suggest the desirable strategy on clothing education. Determine clothing education status through means of questionaires to senior girl students of junior high schools, and find out problem areas and required improvement so that educational strategy may he suggested. The questionaires were for teachers and for students. Multiple answeres were provided for students and written (free) replies were necessary for teachers. The possible participants were optionally selected from 12 schools within the six school zones. 70 teachers and 791 students were selected. On the basis of analysis of questionaires, the following conclusions have been drawn: 1. Analysis of the Text Book for Clothing a. It's desirable to reorganize the pictures in the test books for timely fashionable clothing and for practical coaching which could help the motivate study. b. Number of pictures and drawings which help students understand better should be increased and be presented more detailed and comprehensible manners. c. It need to make practical use degree on study to be high and text book to be necessary for a course of student's study. 2. Present Status and problems Associated With Sewing Practices a. It is almost impossible to practice on sewing machines due to lack of require facilities at schools. b. It is impossible to make clothing which meet desired level of student due to insufficient basic training for sewing. c. Clothing making activities are very low and very few students wear what they made at classes. d. To maintain fairness in assessment of practical works are difficult because many students have somebody else to do their assignments of sewing. e. There are too many hours of sewing practices in clothing when it is compared with allocated times in third grade's curriculum, and there are some difficulty in teaching clothing lessons as class rooms are too crowded.;本 硏究의 目的은 중학교 가정과 의생활 교육과정의 중요성을 認識하여 현재 우리나라 의생활 교육의 실태와 우리나라와 인접해 있으며 교육과정이나 학생들의 성장과정이 유사한 日本의 의생활 교육과정을 比較 分析함으로써 의생활 교육과정에 관한 現況과 問題點을 把握하고 앞으로의 改善方向을 提示하여 바람직한 의생활 지도를 하기 위함이다. 硏究의 구체적인 目的은 다음과 같다. 첫째 가정과 교육의 目標에 따른 의생활 교육과정의 중요성을 提示한다. 둘째 우리나라와 일본의 가정과 교과서內 의생활 단원의 재봉 실기 단원을 비교하여 바람직한 지도의 方向을 提示한다. 질문지 조사법을 통하여 현재 우리나라 중학교 3학년 여학생 의생활 교육 실태를 파악하여 문제점과 개선점을 찾아 바람직한 지도의 방향을 提示한다. 측정도구로는 質問紙를 사용하였는데 교사용 18問項, 학생용 19問項, 總 37問項으로 構成하였으며, 선다형과 교사용 질문지에서는 자유반응법을 병행하여 사용하였다. 標集對象은 서울시내 6개 學群에 소개하고 있는 12개 학교의 교사 70名과 학생 791名을 임의로 선정하였다. 자료분석 결과를 토대로 내린 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 교과서내 衣生活 單元의 內容 分析 가. 시대적인 감각에 맞고 학습의 동기 유발을 도울 수 있는 실제 지도와 관련된 그림에 대한 再編成이 필요하다. 나. 학생의 이해를 도울 수 있는 사진과 그림의 分量을 늘리고 좀더 상세하고 이해하기 쉽게 表現되어야 겠다. 다. 학습내용에 대하여는 活用度가 높고, 학생들의 학습과정에 반드시 필요로 하는 內容으로 알차게 構成되어졌으면 한다. 2. 재봉 실기 학습의 現況과 問題點 가. 재봉실 설비 부족으로 재봉틀을 사용하는 실기학습이 거의 불가능하다. 나. 기초교육 부족에 따른 학생의 능력차로 학생의 욕구 수준에 적합한 의복제작이 어렵다. 다. 학습의 활용도가 낮고 시간중에 제작한 의복의 착용자수가 적다. 라. 재봉실기 과제를 타인의 손을 빌려하는 학생의 수가 많으므로 실기 평가의 공정성을 잃기 쉽다. 마. 3학년 실기과정의 지침서의 배당시수에 비하여 실기분량이 많고 과밀학급현상으로 인하여 지도상의 애로점이 많다.
