硏修敎育에 있어서의 媒體活用 實態 調査 硏究

Abstract

오늘날 爆發的 知識의 축적과 敎育人口의 폭증에 따라 敎育의 質的인 向上을 꾀하기 위해, 또한 國際化 시대의 돌입, 情報化 시대의 대두, 技術革新의 促進, 産業構造의 변화에 대응하기 위한 人材 養成을 위해, 企業內 敎育訓練은 參加者의 의욕을 유도할 수 있는 實際的이고 效率的이고 또한 興味있는 技法의 開發 및 活用이 이루어질 수 있는 제반 여건이 이루어져야 한다. 특히 敎育方法의 改善을 위한 媒體 活用이 極大化 되려면. 敎育工學의 바른 認識에 기초한 敎授體制의 組織的인 接近과 미디아 프로그램을 다루는 組織 및 人的資源의 機能이 强化되어야 한다. 따라서 本 硏究는 이러한 교수체제의 體制的 接近과 미디아 프로그램 計劃 및 活用등 媒體에 관련된 제반 요소를 밝히고, 서울시내 金融企業(은행 및 보험업계)의 敎育訓練에서 媒體 活用 實態를 調査 硏究하여 敎育方法 改善과 미디아 프로그램 개발의 기초를 마련하는데 이바지 하고자 한다. 本 硏究는 理論的인 배경 고찰을 위한 文獻硏究와 實態 調査에 따른 質問紙 調査를 중심으로 이루어졌으며 硏究 內容은 다음과 같다. 1 .敎育訓練에 관해 外國과 우리나라 文獻을 硏究하고 2. 敎授體制의 요소 및 모델을 소개하고 3. 敎育資料室의 機能, 媒體를 擔當하는 專門要員의 역할과 매체에 관련된 제이론을 調査하고 4. 서울시내 銀行 및 保險業界의 敎育訓練에서 媒體 活用 實態를 調査하였다. 이에따라 媒體 活用 實態를 把握하고 그에 따르는 問題點을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 1. 敎育工學에 對한 理解 및 認識 不足 2. 미디아 프로그램 計劃과 제반 業務를 擔當할 수 있는 專門組織의 미비함 3. 媒體 擔當要員의 非專門性 및 전문요원의 人力 不足 4. 敎育內容에 적합한 미디아 프로그램 및 設備 不足 5. 資料 情報交換 및 홍보의 미비 이와같은 問題點을 解決하고 보다 效果的인 媒體 活用을 위해 다음과 같이 提言한다. 1. 敎育工學에 대한 認識의 提高로 受容的인 태도 및 장기계획에 의한 행정적인 지원 擴大 2. 媒體 全擔組織을 두어서 媒體 活用을 위한 보다 組織的이고 종합적인 體制接近으로 그 機能을 發揮할 수 있도록 政策的인 制度의 뒷받침이 必要 3. 媒體 專門要員의 確保 및 旣存 擔當要員과 함께 敎育工學과 敎育訓練 內容의 專門敎育으로 專門化 확대 4. 敎育內容에 적합한 미디아 프로그램을 開發하여 普及·活用 할 수 있는 設備 및 能力 培養 5. 金融企業內에 敎育資料室의 效率的인 運營을 할 수 있는 方案 樹立 및 實行;The Purpose of this study is to discover and analyze the current status of audio visual education in manpower training programs of 39 financial institutes which have been contributing to our economic growth and promotion of national prosperity. This survey instrument was designed to analyze all the aspects of media utilizations training programs, such as the administrative and organic structure, the instruc- tional systems, resources and services, and facilities and budget. The data for the study were collected by means of a uniform questionnaire. The conclusion is as follows: A: Administrative and organic structure. The application of media program is still far off, because of the frequent replacement of personnel who take charge in media program, and lack of experts and the staff who take care of media programs. B: Instructional System Instruction at method is mainly depended upon cramming lecture, discussion and case study. Utilization and application of media programs is not established yet. C: Resources and services Slides, recording materiales, video tape, transparency, 16mm films were major media collections for manpower training porgram. Especially, in case of banks, video programs and recording materials were highly untilzed for achieving effectiveness of language training. D: Facilities and budget Language laborataries and recording rooms were major facilities for manpower training programs in line with the emphasis of language training. In case they use a renovated building as a training center, lecture rooms were inadequately equipped for audiovisual presentation. Media program do not have their own independent budget accounting. The budget for media program was not sufficient at all. As a result of research, the problems were, 1) little understanding of instructional technology. 2) lack of facilities for the media program. 3) lack of trained staff. 4) lack of media programs for manpower training. 5) lack of exchange of information financial institutes. In order to overcome the current problems and to uti- lize the media programs more efficiently, the researcher suggests as follows: 1)enhancement of the administrative support. 2) establishment of unified media center between financial institutes. 3) to increase the number of the media specialists and staff. 4) enlargement of instructional facilities develop and utilize media programs. 5) operation of unified media center for financial institutions as a whole
