환경친화적 건축물 성능의 구조화 및 평가방법에 관한 연구

Abstract

시대적 요구에 따라, 환경친화적 성능 평가기법에 관한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 여러 가지 한계상황 때문에 평가방법에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 개발된 평가기법을 기반으로 좀 더 타당하고 적절한 평가방법을 제안함으로써, 환경친화적 건축물의 성능평가기법의 완성도를 높이고자 하였다. 본 연구는 관련 선행연구의 고찰을 통하여 다음과 같은 문제를 제기하였다. 첫째, 평가항목의 적합하지 않은 분류체계에 관한 것이다. 기존의 방법은 대체적으로 평가항목을 내용상의 범주에 따라 분류함으로써, 평가항목을 통하여 환경친화적 성능을 평가하는데 불합리한 점이 있다. 둘째로, 평가항목을 평가함에 있어 무리한 정량화 방식을 취하는 것이다. 셋째로, 각 평가항목에 따라 점수를 내고 합산하는 방식에 관한 것이다. 서열척도를 통하여 가감승제의 연산을 하는 것은 통계학적으로 타당하지 않다. 넷째로, 총점에 의한 결과의 표현방식이 비효율적이며 유의성이 떨어진다는 것이다. 이에 대해 본 연구에서 제안하는 대안은 다음과 같다. ① 평가목적을 대분류항목으로 제시한다. 본 연구에서 말하는 평가목적은 건축물의 환경친화적 성능을 의미한다. 다음으로 평가항목을 하위항목으로 분류한 구조적인 틀을 제시하였다. 이 틀을 이용하여, 평가자는 각 평가항목이 본래 환경친화적 건축물이 지향하는 목적을 만족하고 있는지를 평가할 수 있다. 이러한 성능의 구조화는 평가항목이 제시하는 기준은 만족하지만 궁극적으로 평가목적에 기여하지 않는 오류를 피할 수 있도록 한다. ② 각 평가항목에 대한 만족 정도를 5점 척도로 체크하게 함으로써 평가자의 주관적인 판단이 개입되도록 한다. 체크의 기준은 평가기준의 준수와 평가목적의 기여이다. 이러한 기준을 두는 이유는 평가자가 객관적인 자료를 바탕으로 주관적인 판단을 하도록 하기 위해서이다. 이것은 정성적인 평가방식과 정량적인 평가방식이 서로 보완되도록 할 수 있는 대안이라 생각한다. ③ 5점 척도는 이산형 변수이므로 합산하지 않고 평가결과를 빈도로 산출한다. ④ 평가결과의 표현방식은 레이다 차트로 제안한다. 이러한 표현방식은 총점에 의한 표현방식에 비해 평가결과에 대한 다양한 정보를 가시적으로 전달할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존 평가방법의 문제점에 대한 대안으로써, 평가목적에 적합하고, 즉 건축물의 환경친화적 성능을 타당하게 평가할 수 있고, 평가자의 종합적인 판단이 고려된, 또한 평가결과가 타당하고 효율적으로 표현되는 평가방법을 제안하였다고 생각한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 평가방법은 친환경건축물인증제도의 평가항목 및 평가기준을 적용하였으나 적절한 변환과정을 거치면 다른 평가기법에도 적용될 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다. 물론 후속연구를 통해, 좀 더 타당성이 검증되어야 하며 본 연구에서 제안한 평가방법을 보완되어야 할 것이다. 또한 사례 적용을 통해 제안된 평가방법을 검증하는 연구도 필요할 것이라 생각한다. 주요어 : 환경친화적 성능 평가방법, 성능의 구조화, 친환경건축물인증, 환경 친화적 건축 ; According to needs of the time, it has studied much research on the assessment method of the environment - friendly building performance. But it is insufficient to study on this. The purpose of this study is to suggest effective structuralization and reasonable assessment method on the environment-friendly building performance. It focuses on making an alternative plan on former studies. So, this paper makes a study assessment method of the Environment - Friendly Building Certification. This thesis proposes more practical, reasonable and user - friendly alternative plan, is based on theory. Through inquiry former studies, I raise a problem in this study. This is following ; First, a former assessment system isn t suited to one s purpose. Second, as an appraiser evaluate a sub - criteria, it goes wrong to give marks. Third, it is a big mistake to add up marks. Fourth, the existing representation of assessment result isn t efficient and doesn t mean. The proposed alternative plan in this study is following ; First, assessment items categorize by the assessment purpose. In this study, the assessment purpose means the environment - friendly building performance and the structuralization means organizing check list. Through this work, it is easy to assess items that go far toward getting goals of environmental - friendly building performance. Second, an appraiser checks items by 5-scales. It may help to intervene subjective judgement in assessment. A criteria of check is the compliance of assessment standards and the contribution of assessment purposes. Third, for 5-scales is the separate variable, the assessment result represents by frequency . And this study represent assessment result by Radar Chart. This method of presentation can notify various information on assessment result. In this study, the assessment method means how to mark proposed estimation item and how to present the result of assessment. This study process is following ; First, investigated references and foreign assessment method. And inquired organization of assessment index. Through theses process, proposed systemic framework on assessment method. Next, made specific detail and suggested to represent by Radar Chart.
