웹 기반 협동 학습 시스템의 설계 및 구현 : JigsawⅡ학습 모형 중심으로

Abstract

인터넷의 발달로 웹 환경의 교육에서 학습자와 교사, 학습자와 학습자사이의 상호작용은 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 이런 상호작용이 교육적 의사소통이 되며 사회성 향상에 많은 도움을 주기 때문이다. 교육은 끊임없는 대화로 이루어진다고 보았을 때 현실세계와 같이 웹에서도 사회적 상호작용이 활발히 일어날 수 있는 환경을 만드는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구를 위하여 학교 현장에서 학습 효과를 증진시키기 위한 다양한 이론 중 구성주의에 기초를 두는 협동학습과 웹 기반 협동학습의 개념, 특징, 효과에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하였으며, 협동학습 모형 중 전문가 모둠 활동과 향상점수를 활용하여 학습에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 Jigsaw II 학습 모형을 웹에 접목하기 위한 학습절차를 제안하여 보았다. 또한 협동학습 과정에서 교사를 지원하는 여러 가지 기능과 다양한 학습 평가 기능을 추가하였다. 이를 인터넷을 활용한 교육에서 학습자의 사회적 상호작용 개발을 위해 플랫폼 독립적인 상호작용 도구를 이용한 웹 기반 협동 학습 시스템으로 설계 및 구현하고 시스템을 분석·평가하였다. ; In the web based educational settings, how to interact between the student and teacher, among students are very important by the Internet. The reason is as follow, because the interaction becomes the educational communication and helps the growth of social characters. Good education consists of an endless communication. Therefore interpersonal interaction is essential for a good educational environment. For this study, first of all, the theory of cooperative learning which is the basis of constructionism, one of some theories designed for the learning advance in the school was investigated. Secondly, the concept, characteristics and effectiveness of web based cooperative learning system was studied. Thirdly, the learning process order to graft the learning model of Jigsaw II one of cooperative learning models - a lot of positive learning effects appears according to expert group activity and progress marks - was proposed. In addition to, the several functions to support a teacher in the process of cooperative learning and the various learning evaluation functions were added. Finally, in the educational settings using Internet, the cooperative learning system based on the web using the implements for the development of learner s social interaction was designed and evaluated.
