오피스환경의 정보화 트랜드에 따른 워크스테이션디자인 케이스스터디

Abstract

21세기를 맞이하여 새로운 천년(millenium)을 준비하는 논의가 활발하다. 그 논의는 주로 정보혁명과 그로 인한 사회 전반의 가치관과 생활양식의 변화에 관한 것이다. 21세기 즉 새로운 천년은 정보혁명에 의한 정보화 시대로 도래하며, 정보혁명의 영향은 산업, 사무실, 가정 등 사회 전반의 흐름과 생활 자체의 새로운 장을 열 것이다. 정보화 사회는 양적 사회에서 질적 사회로의 전환을 의미하며, 육체적 노동량이 가치를 결정하는 시대에서 기술과 지식의 정신노동이 가치를 결정하는 시대로 변화함을 의미한다. 그리고 정보화 사회는 물리적인 시간과 공간의 거리기 소멸된 열린사회로의 도래를 추구한다. 이러한 정보 통신망의 발달은 통신 네트웍을 통해 업무의 대부분을 전산으로 처리하며 확인이나 관리까지 이루어짐에 따라 어느 곳에서 일하더라도 마치 같은 장소에서 일하는 것과 같은 효과를 가져오게 되어 공간간의 경계를 무너뜨려 구태여 동일 공간 내에서 이루어지는 집합적 업무 형태의 필요성을 크게 감소 시켰다. 이러한 환경변화는 사용자로부터 새로운 니즈를 창출하게 되었을 뿐 아니라 사무공간과 집기, 설비 등의 새로운 시스템 구축을 필요로 하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 작업 환경의 변화에 따른 시스템퍼니쳐 개념의 워크스테이션을 제안하고자한다. 이를 위한 연구의 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. ■21세기의 오피스 환경에 대한 고찰과 정보이론, 시스템 연구를 통해 새로운 사무공간의 트랜드를 예측하고 새로운 니즈창출의 배경과 조건을 이해하므로써 제품 및 시장개발의 기회를 확대시킨다. ■사무환경의 변화에 따른 사무가구 지침의 일환으로 워크스테이션의 특성과 디자인 관점에서의 고려되어야 할 주요소들을 점검하며, 기존의 인체측정학적 분석 자료를 참고로 한다. ■기존의 사무공간에서의 선호되는 가구유형과 선호경향 분석을 통하여 실태 파악한다. ■기존의 워크스테이션 분석과 학문적 이론을 토대로 기능적인 측면에서 편리하고 효율적인 작업이 가능하고 형태적인 측면에서는 공간 특성에 부합하는 데스크디자인을 전개한다. 종합적으로 본 연구의 논지는 정보화에 의한 근무환경의 다각적 변화에 따른 시스템 가구를 사회적 환경의 특성과 사용자의 업무의 능률화를 고려한 기능과 색상, 미래의 경향 반영하는 다양한· 합리적인 워크스테이션 시스템 가구를 제안하는데 있다. ; There are many lively discussions to prepare new millenium with greeting the 21th century. The main discussion is about the information revolution and the whole changes of social values and living patterns. Those changes are resulted from the revolution. In the 21th century of new millenium, Information Age will come and the influence of the information revolution will open something new of industry, office, home and human life itself. Information society means the changes from the quantitative system to the qualitative one, and from the age in which the quantity of physical labor determine the values to the age of mental labor of technology and knowledge. Furthermore, it pursues the indroduction of open society in which the physical time and the space distance are demolished. Most jobs can be carried out by computers and computer networks which are able to identify and manage those jobs. Therefore, although someone works his job somewhere, he may mistake that he makes his work with others in the same place. In other words, the computer and the computer network broke down the space boundary, and reduced the need of same-place-job. Hence, the development of Information Age has formed a new deployed office environment. This new environment caused the need of construction of new office room, implements and equipments. In this study, the system furniture based on the changes from new work environment is proposed. The contents of the study are summarized as the following. ● See the need and the range of study clearly, and describe the study method. ● Through the investigation of office environment in the 21th century, information theory and system theory, understand the concept of office room and the change of recognition by multidisciplinary access. ● As a guideline for office room and furniture with the change of office environment, propose the characteristics of workstation and the factors in viewpoint of design, and setup a standard of human engineering. ● Grasp the actual situation through the analysis of furniture types and preference aspects in present office room. ● Based on the analysis of the desk design of existing workstation and the theory, deploy a desk design which makes efficient work possible in viewpoint of its function and coinsides with spatial characteristics in viewpoint of its shape. Synthetically, the gist of study is that a system furniture depending on various changes of work environment by Information Age and a reasonable workstation-system-furniture which can reflect the function, color and future trend, considering the characteristics of social environment and the efficiency of user job, are proposed.
