자연의 이미지 연구 : 성경의 이해를 중심으로

Abstract

자연의 조화롭고 위대한 법칙과 거대한 이상적인 원리 속에서 미약하나마 자연의 일부로 존재하는 인간은 자연에 대한 의문과 동경, 추억, 행복을 체험하려고 하고 그 체험한 미를 표현해 왔다. 자연은 그런 인간의 예술적 창작 활동의 원천이 되고 미적 승화로의 사고로써 여러 가지 시각적 탐구와 표현 수단의 제1의 소재가 되고 있는 것이다. 인간의 눈으로 본 자연의 모습들은 자연에 대한 깊은 애정에서 출발하여 각각의 소재가 가지고 있는 독특한 교감으로 인간 사이에서 보지 못하는 내면의 깊숙한 교감을 느끼고 접하게 된다. 현대 미술의 경향은 예술가 자신의 독창성과 창조성을 중시하며 자신만의 개성과 독특한 표현에 따라 다양한 창조 활동으로 심미적 가치를 추구하려는 예술가의 활동을 엿볼 수 있다. 또한 예술가의 주요 역할의 하나는 경험에 생기를 주어 사람들이 흥미를 느끼도록 하는 일이다. 인간의 삶은 질서이면서도 자발적이며, 규율적 이면서도 자율인 것이다. 예술이 주는 것은 실제적인 기능이 아니라, 자연의 영원한 본질에 주목하고 있다. 누구에게나 오랫동안 걸쳐 자연에 대한 미적 향수에는 인간들이 알고 있는 세계와 인간 자신의 본성을 생생하게 게시하여 연출한다. 또, 어떤 의미에서는 모든 예술은 현실적으로 실감케 하려고 해도, 그것은 어디까지나 관념화인 것이다. 왜냐하면, 어떤 경험에 있어서도 예술작품에 나타나는 것과 같은 영속적인 질서나, 패턴, 그리고 변하지 않는 완전성은 존재하지 않기 때문이다. 그러나 관념화의 예술은 자연을 향해 거울을 걸어둠으로써 모든 것을 명증화 하는 이점이 있다. 그것은 신중한 사고를 통해 자연 속에서 무엇을 볼 것인가, 인생에서 무엇을 느낄 것인가, 사색 속에서 무엇을 생각하게 될 것인가를 보여주고 있다. 예술은 자연 현상에 작용하는 지성이며 교묘하게 작용시켜 인간의 여러 목적을 충족하는 방향으로 가져간다. 인간은 끊임없이 자신에게 영향을 주며 또, 인간 생활의 모든 형태에 흔적을 남기는 물리적인 환경 속에서 살고 있다. 인간은 생활을 통해 자신을 표현하고 여러 표현방식은 인간의 개인적이고 일시적인 생존이 그친 뒤에도 그 명맥을 유지해간다. 인간은 양면적인 존재이다. 양면성은 항상 공존 하므로서 서로의 가치를 인식 시켜준다. 따라서, 본 연구는 자연을 대상으로한 이미지 창출이며 그 속에서의 인간들의 삶과 이상을 조명해보고 인간들이 진정한 삶을 영위하려면 인간 대 인간의 사랑이 존재하여야 함을 짚어보고 자연 앞에서 보잘 것 없는 인간의 겸허한 자세와, 유한한 존재이지만 어떤 다른 무한한 힘으로 격려 받고 감사하며 행복 속에서의 발전을 꾀하고자 한다. 인간의 가치와 인간의 자아실현은 인간이 스스로 하는 것이다. 노력하고 발전하면서 우리 ‘삶’을 보살펴 주시는 절대자가 있음을 잊지 말아야 할 것이다. 하나님의 사랑으로 우리의 삶과 사고가 ‘빛’처럼 밝고 긍정적으로 변화해 간다는 진리를 알고 감사하는 마음을 잊지 말고 자연으로의 회복을 꾀하고자 한다. 이를 위한 이론적 배경으로는 자연과 인간, 기독교와 인간을 통해 자연의 표현을 연구하고 작품제작을 통해 표현 소재, 재료, 방법, 표현기법을 연구하여 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻게 되었다. 첫째, 인간을 이루고 있는 자연을 통해 표현함으로써 소재의 무한함과 작가의 주관적인 시각의 변형을 표현하였다. 둘째, 종교적인 의미의 사랑을 표현함으로써 하나님이 주신 사랑의 원리를 사고하고 긍정적 자연 탐구의 영역을 넓혔다. 셋째, 작품제작 과정에서 조재의 차별화를 두어 리놀륨의 음양각의 효과를 최대한 살려 기본 종이에 대한 개념을 무너뜨리고 오일 파스텔의 부드럽지만 거친 면까지의 폭넓은 표현으로 다양한 표현 가능성을 실험 할 수 있었다. 앞으로 독특한 아이디어로 의식의 전환과, 올바른 삶과, 자연에의 소중함, 올바른 하나님의 사랑에 대한 작업은 앞으로 계속 연구할 것이다. ; Human who exists in nature for a small part, inside the nature of harmony and great law and the principle of great ideal, they have questioned, longed and experience a memory and happiness and tried to express the beauty they have experienced. Nature has been the base of one s artistic creation and various research and expressing method as an esthetic sublimition. The look of nature seen by human eye, started from the deep love of nature and by the special feelings each material has one is able to feel and be in contact with the deep inside mutual response which human can t see from each other. The trend of contemporary art is to emphasize on creativity and originality of an artist and one is able to see the work of an artist who tries to pursuit esthetical value through various creation by his own characteristic and expression. Also one of the important role of an artist is to make people feel the interest by giving vitality in experience. The life is orderly and voluntarily and orderly inside the freedom. Art does not give the practical function but focus on the essential quality of nature. For a long time for everyone the world which is known to human and a basic instinct of human itself are produced vividly. Also art tries to be realistic in any means but this is just a ideal. The reason of this is because everlasting order or pattern and unchanging perfection in works of art does not exist. But like hanging the mirror in font of proving everything. And this shows what will be seen inside the nature, what will be felt in life, and what will be thought when thinking deeply. The art is an intellect which function in the natural phenomenon and fulfill various desires human has. Human effects oneself endlessly, also lives inside the physical environment which lives a trace of all types of human lives. Human express themselves through their lives and many expression stays continuously even after one s personal and temporary life has ended. Human is a two-faced being. And that character always co-exist, therefore it recognizes the other. Therefore there must exist a love between people. And because the fact that human are powerless in the face of nature an limited in nature but they are tended to be encouraged and appreciated by some other unlimited power and to advance in happiness. One s value and self-achievement are up to themselves. One must not forget that there is the absolute who cares for our lives with effort and development. One must not forget that our life and way of thinking change positively through a love of God and be thankful and tries to return to nature. theoretical background for this is a studying on the expression of nature through nature and human and christianity and by working and studying on expressions, materials, and techniques, the following results are given. first, by expressing the nature which compose human, the unlimitedness of material and artist s point of view are expressed. Second, by expressing a love in a religious point of view it is possible to understood a principle of love given to us by God and that enlarged the area of affirmative natural research. Third, by discriminating the negative angle of linoleum and breaking the principle of common thing and it was able to experiment the ability of various expression. Now on by the unique, ideal conversion of consciousness and honest life and importance toward nature, and love of God will be kept on studied.
