인터넷신문의 사용성연구 : 국내 5대 스포츠신문을 중심으로

Abstract

사용성은 사용자가 제품을 쉽고 편리하게 사용하는가를 평가하는 데 중요한 요인이다. 인터넷 환경에서는 사용성의 중요성이 더 크다고 할 수 있다. 사용자는 제품을 구입하고 나서야 제품에 대한 사용성을 경험하게 되고 대체로 제품의 사용에 익숙해지지만 인터넷 사용자는 구매하기 이전에 사이트에 대한 사용성을 먼저 경험하게 되기 매문이다. 즉 인터넷 사이트의 사용성이 사용자의 의사결정에 크게 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 인터넷이라는 새로운 매체와 인쇄 신문비 결합은 인터넷신문이라 불리우는 새로운 정보매체를 탄생시켰다 인터넷신문의 사용자는 정보통신기술의 발전과 인터넷의 확산으로 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 그러나 인터넷신문의 사용자 수가 증가하였다고 해서 그들의 활용도 또한 활발해졌을까 하는 데는 의문이 생긴다. 본 연구를 진행하면서 인터넷신문을 자주 이용하고 있는 사용자들이 느끼는 문제는 다름아닌 인터넷신문의 사용성에서 비롯된 문제라는 점을 확인할 수 있었다 특히 사용자의 입장에서는 정보설계의 문제, 즉 사용자가 정보를 어떠한 방법으로 습득하게 될 것인가 라는 점이 가장 큰 문제로 제기되었다 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제들을 사용자 인터페이스 측면에서 찾고자 하였고, 특히 국내 5대 인터넷스포츠신문을 중심으로 분석하였다. 인터넷신문이 컴퓨터를 매개로 하는 한 컴퓨터와 사용자 사이 혹은 인터넷 툴과 사용자 사이의 인터페이스는 더욱 중요한 과제로 남을 것이며, 컴퓨터 뿐만이 아닌 인간이 사용하는 모든 도구의 효과적인 활용을 위해서는 인간을 생각하는 인터페이스의 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구를 통하여 인터넷스포츠신문의 보다 적극적이며 효과적인 활용을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하였다.; Usability is a term which shows to what extent can user handle products with easy and convenience is regarded as a key factor evaluating products. It has assumed a much greater importance in the Web. Because Ysers did not get to experience the usability of the product until after they had already bought and paid for it. But web users experience the usability of a site before they committed to using it and before they have spent any money on potential purchases. The union of a new media internet and printed newspaper has made a new information media called Internet Newspaper. The number of internet newspaper users is growing rapidly with the expansion of technology of communication and the diffusion of internet. But it is a question whether the growth of the number of Internet nespaper users are that much actlve or not. We found out the fact that the main problem for active users are from usability of internet newspaper Especially for users, the problem of Information architecture, theat is through what devices users can obtain information, rises. So in this paper, we tried to find out solutions in User Interface field, especially domestic 5 major sports newspaper As long as the internet newspaper is made through computers, the interface between computers and users, or between internet tools and users will be a very important item, and for efficient use of all devices for computers or human, interface research should be done for human. The object of the research is to grope for more active and efficient use of domestic internet sports newspaper.
