酒案器를 위한 도자디자인 연구 : 기하학적 형태를 응용하여

Abstract

예술은 아름다움을 창조하고 표현하고자 하는 인간의 욕구에서 생긴다. 아름다움이라는 것은 인간의 감성을 통해서 인식되므로 미를 지각할 수 있도록 형상화하는 예술행위를 통해 이루어지며 인간은 실생활을 통해서 아름다움을 느끼게되고 예술적 영감과 창작욕구를 갖게 된다. 공예예술 또한 예술적인 조형미를 갖춘 생산품으로서 실용을 위해 만들어지며 인간의 실제적 생활인 의식주와 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있다. 인간은 경제적인 여유가 생기면서 기본적인 욕구 외에 정신적인 건강과 여유 를 추구하게 되었다. 또한 개인의 취향이 다양해지고 개성있는 제품을 윈하게 되었다. 시대에 따른 여러 가지 변화에 발맞춰 인간은 새로운 문화를 추구하고, 창조해 가면서 빠른 변화에 적응해 가며 살아가고 기쁨과 아름다움을 느끼게 되 었다. 도자공예는 시대적 상황과 문화적 배경에 따라 다양한 모습으로 변하면서 현 재까지 존속되어 왔다. 도자식기는 인간의 식생활과 공존하며 발전해왔다. 식기 는 가장 윈초적이고 필수적인 도구로서 단순히 음식을 담는 용기로서의 의미뿐 만 아니라 사람들의 취향과 분위기를 담는 용기로서의 의미도 갖는다. 이는 인류의 역사와 함께 변화, 발전되어 오면서 그 시대의 특설을 잘 표현해주고 있다. 술은 인간생활과 밀접한 관계를 갖는 역사적 산물로서 오늘날에 이르기까지 인간관계에 대화의 장을 열어주는 역할을 할뿐만 아니라 일상사에 지친 저녁에 부부가 다정하게 잔을 기울이며 하루의 피로를 씻을 때에도 좋은 역할을 한다. 도자식기는 우리의 생활에 미적 감각을 더욱 중요시하여 실용성뿐만 아니라 그 특유의 개성을 지닌 디자인이 많이 요구되고 있다. 현대는 빠른 대중매체와 대량생산으로 인해 모든 것이 쉽게 획일화되기 때문에 현대인들은 자기만의 독 특한 것을 갖고 싶어한다. 이처럼 개별성을 중요시하는 현대인들을 충족시킬 수 있는 세련된 디자인의 필요성이 강조되고 있다 게다가 세계 각국의 음식을 접할 기회가 많아지면서 새로운 음식이 개발되고 이에 새로운 형태의 식기를 필요로 하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 인류의 역사와 함께 발전하고 인간판계에 다리 역할을 해주는 주안에 필요한 도자 식기디자인을 모잭하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기하학적 형태에서 얻어지는 현대 감각을 여유로운 시간에 가볍게 즐길 수 있는 주안기의 디자 인에 응용하여 현대인들에게 개성과 감성을 충족시켜 주고자 한다. 또한 기하학 의 다양한 형태를 가지고 식생활의 실용성과 기능성 그리고 인간의 심미적 욕구 를 충족시켜 주면서 세계화로 점차 다양하게 변하고 있는 국제적인 주정문화에 적합한 식기디자인을 연구하고자 한다. 기하학적 형태는 자연의 정제된 형태로써 간결함과 객관성을 포함한 인공적인 추상형태이다 이는 기하학적 형태가 예술가나 디자이너에게는 구체적인 대상을 창조하는 주요 요소가 된다 따라서 기하학에서 실손하지 않는 개념요소로 점, 선 면 등도 디자인에서는 그 자체가 조형을 위한 하나의 형태가 될 수 있는 것 이다 그리하여 기하학은 오래 전부터 예술인들에게 주제로 많이 사용되어 왔고 무한한 상상을 창조해 낼 수 있는 소재를 제공해 준다. 디자인 과정에서는 기하학이라는 형태가 갖는 경쾌함을 바탕으로 한 사각형, 삼각형, 윈형을 응용하여 주병, 잔, 안주그릇을 디자인하고 제작하였다. 작품제작에 있어서는 섬세한 선의 표현과 대량생산을 위하여 석고틀을 이용한 이장주입 성형과 형태의 자유로운 구성을 위해 판 성형기법을 사용하였다. 태토 는 식기에 적합하고 백잭도가 좋은 실크소지를 이장주입에 사용하였고, 점성이 뛰어난 청자점토를 판성형에 사용하였다 유약은 실용기로서의 기능과 다양한 표 현을 위해 백자투명유, 코발트유, 흑유, 백유, 녹잭유로 담금시유하였다. 1차소성은 0.5m³가스가마에 서 최 고온도 850℃로 8시 간 동안 소성 을 하였다. 2차 소성은 흑유, 백유에 시유한 것은 0.5m³가스가마에서 최고온도 1250℃로 9시간 산화염소성 하였고, 백자투명유, 코발트유, 녹색유로 시유한 것은 0.5m³가스가마에서 최고온도 1250℃로 12시간 동안 환원염소성 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 생활수준이 향상되면서 식기디자인의 중요성이 부각되기 시작 하였고, 음식을 먹는 것은 정신적인 안정과 재충전의 시간으로 여겨지며, 기하학 적 형태는 현대사회에서 요구되는 심미적 욕구에 적합한 형태임을 알게 되었다. 또한 주안기를 위한 디자인은 사용자를 선택하고 구분하여 그 사용자의 개성과 테이블의 분위기에 어울리는 식기를 디자인해야 함을 인식하였다 주안상은 포만 감을 위해서 먹는 것이라기 보다는 분위기를 마신다고 할 수 있기 때문에 시각 적인 즐거움을 더하여 줄 수 있는 주안기의 디자인에 대한 관심이 매우 중요하 다는 것을 인식하게 되었다.; The art is the activity of human being to create and express the beauty. It is important to make people perceive the beauty with forming it. The industHrial art, as the industrY products which prepare the beauty of the art molding, is made for utility and ties the relationship with the actual life of human being such as food, clothing, and shelter. The human being feels the beauty through the actual life and has an art inspiration and desire for creation. Design is the way of appreciation which has been developing related with economy. Once human being has an economic room, it has a craving of room for mental health besides basic high-class products. Human being became to feel joy and beauty as it imagined and created the new things. Human being pursues the new culture, creates new things and adapts to quick changes. The coramic ware has co-existed and developed with the dietarY life of human being. The tableware has not only the meaning of the container for food, but also the container foretastes and atmosphere. It develops with our historY and shows the quality of the times. The coramic ware needs design which has not only practicality but also its own personality. Today people would like to have a special thing as there is a tendency to be uniformed because of mass media and mass preduction. We give an emphasis on the necessity of design in ordor to meet people s desire for a special thing. In addition new type of tableware is needed by having many opportunities to have other countries food. In this study, coramic design for a liquor tableware (table of side dishes taken with alcoholic drinks) has been examined. Modern sense was applied to coramic design for a liquor tableware and fill up personality and sensitivity. Also the study has concentrated on the coramic design to satisfy the utility for dietarY life and aesthetic desire with geometric various figures. Sometimes alcoholic drinks which have close relationship with human being play good roles like opening conversation or being relieved of our fatigue The geometric figure is the artificial figure including simplicity objectivity. It is the important factor for artists or designers to create the conerete object. Therefore even a spot, a line, or a side, which don t exist in geometries, can become the figure for molding in design. Geometries have been used as theme by many artists for a long time. It will keep providing infinity subject matters from now on. In the design work, a liquor bottle, wine cups, earthenware for side dishes were designed and made with applying a square, a triangle, and a cirole from a geometric jauntiness. In the clay work, slip-casting technique was used in ordor to express delicate and clear lines and slip-casting technique was used for forming free shapes. A white porcelain transparent glaze, a cobalt glaze, a black glaze, a white glaze, and an greon glaze have been used. The glazing was done by dipping. The first firing was for 8 hours in a 0.5㎡ gas kiln. This reached a temporature of 850℃. For products using a black glaze and a white glaze, the second firing was conducted for 9 hours in the 0.5 m gas kiln and it was fired in an oxidation firing to 1360 E. For products using a white porcelain transparent glaze, a cobalt glaze, and an greon glaze, the second firing was conducted for If hours in the 0.5 m gas kiln and it was fired in a oxidation firing to 1260℃ . Through this study, we perceived that modern design should be classified according to users and have personality for each user. Also as a liquor table is for a good atmosphere, design focused on visual pleasant is expected.
