dc.description.abstract韓國産 蔓蔘(Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannfeldt) 地下部의 MeOH-extract를 수충에 浮遊시킨 다음 BuOH로 處理하여 얻어진 抽出物의 TLC에서 6種의 物質을 確認할 수 있었으며 Preparative TLC와 column chromatography에 의하여 그중 한 성분인 compd. A C_6 H_6 O_3, n `_D^20 1.3679, bp 189˚를 單離하였다. 이 物質은 芳香性이 있는 微黃色 液體 成分으로서 化學的 方法과 各種 spectroscopy에 의하여 5-(hydroxymethy1)-2-furaldehyde로 밝혀졌다. ; A yellowish oily liquid C_6 H_6 O_3 (1), bp 189, n `_D^20 1.3679 was isolated from root of Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannfeldt by chromatographic purification. The structure(1) was identified as 5-(hydroxymethy1)-2-furaldehyde by chemical and spectral analysis.-
