기호적 속성에 의거한 진단 의료기기 색채분류체계 연구

Abstract

최근 소득수준의 향상과 사회 가치관 변화에 따른 생활수준의 향상으로 의료복지와 건강에 대한 관심이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라서 의료 서비스에 대한 소비자의 욕구 또한 다양해지고, 치료보다는 진단과 예방에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 진단 의료기기에 대한 수요가 증가하고 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 이러한 변화와 함께 초음파 진단기로 진단할 수 있는 범위가 넓어지면서 초음파 진단기에 쓰이는 의료용 트랜스듀서의 종류도 각 제조사별로 수십 가지에 이를 정도로 점점 다양해지고 있는 반면에 트랜스듀서를 쉽게 구분할 수 있는 분류체계가 잡혀있지 않아서 사용함에 있어서 혼돈을 주고 있다. 분류 체계가 잡혀있지 않으면 처음 초음파 진단기를 접하는 사용자에게 있어서 혼란을 주고 사용방법을 익히는데 효율이 떨어질 수밖에 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 초음파 진단기에 쓰이는 의료용 트랜스듀서를 사용자가 직관적으로 쉽고 빠르게 인지할 수 있도록 색채의 기호적 속성에 근거하여 색채를 활용한 분류체계를 제안하였다. 글로벌 헬스케어 브랜드인 'S사‘의초음파 진단기에 쓰이는 트랜스듀서를 중심으로 하여 형태별, 진단항목별, 기능별로 분류하여 공통적인 속성이 나타나는 그룹별로 재분류하여 범주화 하였다. 각각의 색채가 가지고 있는 상징적인 의미와, 색채 및 톤에서 연상되는 이미지에 대한 조사를 통해서 적용이 가능한 색채의범위 및 톤에 대한 연구가 진행되었고, 트랜스듀서의 재분류된 그룹에 따른 대표 색채 톤의 선정과 함께 세부 분류체계에 적용될 칼라 체계를 제안하였다. 본 연구는 인간공학을 중심으로 한 디자인 개발에 관심이 집중되고 있는 의료기기 산업의 현 시점에서 초음파 진단기 트랜스듀서의 분류체계를 기능의 특성을 고려한 색채를 활용하여 직관적이고 효과적인 분류체계를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서 제안한 색채기호는 트랜스듀서뿐만 아니라 초음파 진단기 시스템으로 확대하여 적용이 가능할 것이고 더 나아가 다른 의료 기기 산업에도 적용이 가능한 분류 체계로 확대할 수 있을 것이다.;In these days, people have a high standard of living, and their interest in medical welfare and health is increasing. Therefore, consumers' demand for health care is diversified and their interest in diagnosis and vaccine is raised. The demand of diagnosis medical appliances is increasing. Among image diagnosis appliances, the supply of ultrasound is growing rapidly.The range of diagnosis of ultrasound is expanded, and the type of ultrasound's medical transducer is diversified. However, it has confusion of using because there is no classification system of various transducer.Someone who use the ultrasound forthe first time, he/she must has trouble of using and the efficiency is decreasing.Therefore, it is necessary to make a classification system of various medical transducer to distinguish it efficiently and intuitively. This study offers the classification system which is using color. This system is based on color's properties of sign and the user of medical transducer of ultrasound can distinguish easily and quickly. The study focused on the ultrasound transducer of Brand ‘S’, which is the brand of global health care. It is sorted into form, diagnosis item, and function. Then it is categorized with the reclassification of the group which is based on the common properties. The study is proceeded with the symbolic meaning of each colors and the survey of the reminding image from the colors and their tone. Also, from the recategorized group of transducer, the representative color tone is selected and the color of detailed classification system is proposed. Now a days, the industry of medical appliance is focused on design development that is centered on human engineering. This study suggests the ultrasound transducer's classification system that is considered the property's of function of color and it has a significance in offering its intuitive and effective classification system. In based on each category of color classification system, the ultrasound's system design can be enlarged to the other part of medical classification system.
