정상 한국인의 조절력에 관한 통계학적 연구

Abstract

인간의 조절력은 소년기에 가장 크고 연령이 증가하면서 점차 감소하는 경향을 보여준다. 본 연구의 목적은 정상 한국인 1,000명에 대해 근점거리를 연령별, 성별, 측별, 일차별로 측정하여 이를 Diopter로 환산하여서 이들 간의 상관관계를 비교하여 한국인의 정상 조절력을 알고져 함에 있다. 저자는 1980년 12월부터 1981년 4월까지 특별한 안질환이 없다고 생각되는 정상인 1,000명(남 : 506명, 여 : 494명) 2,000안을 실험대상으로 하였다. 그 결과는 각각 다음과 같다. 1. 연령과 조절력의 변화를 보면 역상관계가 있었다.(r=-0.985) 즉 연령이 증가할수록 조절력이 감소되는 것을 보여 주었으며 통계학적으로 의의가 있었다.(P<0.01) 2. 성별과 조절력의 변화를 보면 10세에서 60세까지는 각 연령군별로 통계학적 유의한 차이가 있었고(P<0.01) 61세에서 70세 까지는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 볼 수 없었다. 3. 좌우안과 조절력의 변화를 보면 10∼15세, 16∼20세, 26∼30세, 31∼35세, 36∼40세, 46∼50세, 56∼60세, 61∼65세에서는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고 (p<0.01) 21∼25세, 41∼45세, 51∼55세, 66∼70세에서는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 4. 각 개개인의 일차별 변화를 보면(오전 8시부터 오후 8시까지 2시간 간격으로 측정) 시간이 지날수록 감소하는 경향을 보였고 통계학적으로 유의하였다.(F^(6.)_(54)(0.05)>2.27, F^(9.)_(54)(0.05)>2.06);2000 normal eyes, (male: 1012, femal: 988) were examined. Amplitude of accommodation was calculated by Donder's Formula, with a near point distance which was measured by an hand accommodatometer, the mean value of 3 readings was taken. Regarding age and amplitude of accommodation, there was a statistically significant decrease with age (p<0.01). Between sex and amplitude of accommodation, there was also a statistically significant difference in some age groups in both sexes under 60 years of age, (p<0.01) but over 60 years of age. There was no significant difference between both sexes. Concerning the side difference in amplitude of accommodation was found in different age groups except those in 21-25 years, 41-45 years, 51-55 years, 60-70 years old of age group. (p<0.01). The diurnal variation in amplitude of accommodation showed decreasing tendency with the time. (F^(6)_(54)(0.05) > 2.27, F^(9)_(54) (0.05 > 2.06).
