政治統合의 理論과 實際에 關한 硏究

Abstract

先進國들은 大體로 高度의 政治統合을 達成하고 있는 反面, 新生國 乃至 發展途上國들은 여러 가지 어려운 統合問題에 直面하고 있다. 이 問題들은 國際統合, 領土統合, 엘리트와 大衆統合, 國民的 一體感確立, 그리고 政府와 國民의 見解一致 等의 問題로서 이 가운데 政府와 國民間의 見解一致를 政治安定을 위한 가장 重要한 統合問題로 보는 理論은 充分히 注意해 볼 價値가 있다. 政治統合의 實際 考察에서 以上의 諸統合問題를 잘 解決한 國家들의 境遇 政治는 安定되고 發展되었다는 結論에 到達하였으며, 따라서 短期間에 經濟發展과 政治安定을 이룩하여야 하는 우리나라는 統合問題解決이 緊急한 課題라고 아니할 수 없다.;While most developed nations established a high degree of political integration, the developing nations and that the new nations are facing various difficult problems of political integration. These problems are related to international integration, territorial integration. elite-mass integration, national consensus, and the consensus between the go ernment and the governed. First of all, the assertion that the last is the most important problem of political integration giving the intervening effect to political stability is sufficiently valuable. The study of empirical experiences arrives at a conclusion that some nations having achieved in political integration can maintain political stability and development. Thus, Korea have the urgent tasks to solve the problems o political integration with the political stability and economic progress.
