한범수류 대금산조 중모리의 연구

Abstract

본고는 한범수류 대금산조를 박종기ㆍ한주환ㆍ유동초의 산조가락과 각각 비교하여 유사점과 차이점을 파악하려는 목적으로 박종기ㆍ한범수ㆍ한주환의 대금산조와 유동초의 퉁소산조 가락을 각각 우조와 계면조로 구분하여 살펴봄으로써 한범수류 대금산조의 전승형태와 형성원리를 알아보고자 하였다. 한범수류 대금산조는 초기 명인들의 선율을 토대로 기승전결에 맞게 재구성된 곡이며, 현재의 대금산조 형태를 구성하는 데 큰 역할을 하였다. 한범수류 대금산조와 박종기ㆍ한주환의 대금산조 및 유동초의 퉁소산조 가락의 비교 분석을 통해 도출된 결론을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한범수류 대금산조 중모리 중 우조는 1각부터 11각에 해당되며, 이 중 82%가 박종기ㆍ한주환ㆍ유동초 선율의 영향을 받았고, 18%는 영향을 받지 않았다. 동일선율과 유사선율이 나타내는 전승선율의 비율을 살펴보면, 박종기의 선율은 36%, 한주환의 선율은 36%, 유동초의 선율은 10%로 나타났다. 둘째, 한범수의 중모리 중 계면조는 18각부터 75각까지 총 58각으로 이루어지는데, 이 중 전승선율은 44%에 해당하고, 독창선율은 56%로 나타나 전승선율에 비해 독창선율이 많다는 것을 알 수 있다. 전승선율은 박종기의 선율이 17%, 한주환의 선율이 18%, 유동초의 선율이 9%로 각각 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 한범수류 대금산조 중모리 중 계면조에 가장 많은 영향을 미친 가락은 한주환의 선율이다. 셋째, 한범수는 박종기ㆍ한주환ㆍ유동초의 가락을 차용하면서 서로 중복되지 않도록 적절히 배치하여 자신의 산조가락을 구성하였다. 다만 박종기와 한주환 선율의 경우는 같은 뿌리를 두기 때문에 비교적 겹치는 부분이 나타나는 것을 볼 수 있다. 넷째, 박종기ㆍ한주환ㆍ유동초의 산조 선율이 한범수류 대금산조 중모리에 미친 영향력은 거의 비슷하나 한주환류가 가장 많은 영향을 갖는 것으로 보인다. 유동초류 퉁소산조는 전체 비교선율 중 9%로 비록 가장 낮은 비중을 차지한다. 그러나 퉁소산조의 중모리가 대금산조 보다 짧은것을 감안한다면 유동초의 영향력도 적지 않은 것을 알 수 있다. 박종기, 한주환의 가락과 상대적으로 큰 차이를 보이지는 않는다. 따라서 유동초류 퉁소산조는 한범수의 대금산조에 미치는 영향력이 박종기ㆍ한주환에 비해 적지 않은 결과가 나타났다. 지금까지 박종기ㆍ한주환의 대금산조와 유동초의 퉁소산조를 한범수류 대금산조의 중모리를 중심으로 각각의 선율을 비교 분석하였다. 한범수는 박종기 대금산조의 기본아래 유동초의 특징적인 퉁소가락과 한주환의 가락, 그리고 자신의 예술성을 가미하여 한범수류 대금산조를 완성시켰다고 볼 수 있다. 본고는 한범수류 대금산조가 박종기ㆍ한주환 뿐 아니라 유동초의 퉁소산조에서도 적지 않은 영향을 받았다는 사실을 새롭게 추론해 본 것에 의의가 있다.;Han Bum-Soo style is the most effective Taegum Sanjo now, and it was made from the first generation players of Taegum. The purpose of this study was to make a comparative analysis of Taegum Sanjos: Han Bum-Soo style in terms of Joongmori and the melodies of Park Jong-Ki, Han Joo-Hwan and Yoo Dong-Cho in an effort to determine how many times Taegum Sanjo melodies of Han Bum-Soo style are found in Taegum Sanjo. The findings of the study are as follow: First, Han Bum-Soo’s musical style of U-myunjo in Joongmori included whole folkloric melodies. Bars from the first to the eleventh had been effective by Park Jong-Ki, Han Joo-Hwan and Yoo Dong-Cho. Han Bum-Soo melodies were matched 36% with Park Jong-Ki's, 36% of Han Joo-Hwan's, and 10% of Yoo Dong-Cho's melodies. Second, Han Bum-Soo style of Joongmori is composed of 59 bars in Gyemunjo, and it is classified by 44% folkloric melodies, 56% creative melodies. The classified melodies were matched 17% with Park Jong Ki's, 18% of Han Joo-Hwan's and 9% of Yoo Dong-Cho's melodies. The main melodies of Han Joo-Hwan have a decisive effect on Han Bum-Soo's Gyemun melodies. Third, when he created his own style, Han Bum-Soo not only mixed pre-made melodies, but also kept a good balance between melodies that were formed using his teacher’s style and his own personal style. One thing we could point out is that Park Jong-ki’s and Han Joo-hwan’s styles seem to be quite similar since they were created from the same background. Fourth, Han Bum-soo’s three teachers: Park Jong-Ki, Han Joo-Hwan, and Yoo Dong-Cho equally affected Han Bum-Soo’s joongmori melodies of Taegum sanjo. Yoo Dong-Cho’s melody affected about 9% of Han Bum-Soo’s melody, but originally Toungso (slightly different type of instrument with Deagum) sanjo is much shorter than Daegum sanjo. Overall, we cannot say the influence of Yoo Dong-Cho in other melodies is no less than the other two teachers. Han Bum-Soo’s Sanjo style was seriously affected by Park Jong-Ki in a macro perspective, otherwise it was affected by Han Joo-Hwan in a microscopic perspective. From the previous reports and studies, most of the essays were based on Park Jong-Ki and Han Joo-Hwan. However, this study proves that not only they had a part in Han Bum-Soo's melody but also Yoo Dong-Cho’s melody has an influence on it.
