대학생의 진로미결정과 부적응적 완벽주의와의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 진로미결정에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 연구해서 대학생들의 진로 탐색 및 결정에 도움을 주는 진로 상담 개발의 기초 자료를 마련하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해서 본 연구에서는 부적응적 완벽주의와 진로미결정 간의 관계와 이들의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 자료 수집을 위해 한국진로미결정척도, 다차원적 완벽주의척도, 진로결정자기효능감척도와 인구통계학적 질문으로 구성된 질문지를 가지고 서울 지역에 소재한 4개 대학교의 남녀 대학생 315명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부적응적 완벽주의와 진로미결정은 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 부적응적 완벽주의가 높을수록 진로를 결정하지 못한다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 진로결정자기효능감과 진로미결정은 부적 상관이 있고, 부적응적 완벽주의와 진로미결정은 정적 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부적응적 완벽주의와 진로미결정과의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증해본 결과, 부적응적 완벽주의는 진로미결정에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 동시에 진로결정자기효능감을 통해 간접적으로 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 진로결정자기효능감이 부적응적 완벽주의와 진로미결정과의 관계를 부분매개하고 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구를 통해서 부적응적 완벽주의와 진로미결정과의 관계, 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 경험적으로 증명함으로써 진로미결정으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 대학생들을 상담할 때, 부적응적 완벽주의로 인한 진로에 미치는 부정적인 요인을 해결하고 스스로 진로에 대해서 해낼 수 있다는 효능감을 가질 수 있게 돕는 것이 중요함을 알 수 있다.;In this study, research examined career decision-making self-efficacy as mediators of the relationship between career indecision and perfectionism among Korean undergraduates (N=315). Participants completed 3 self-report measures; Korean Career Indecision Inventory(KCII), Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy(CDMSES-SF), Only unadaptive perfectionism in Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale(FMPS). Hierarchical multiple regression analyses were performed using SPSS 17.0 Program. The results of the study are as follows: First, there were significant correlations among career indecision, unadaptive perfectionism and career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy partially mediated the relationship between unadaptive perfectionism and career indecision. The finding of the current research supports the previous studies's result for identification the relationship between unadaptive perfectionism and career indecision. In conclusion, there are two suggestions from the result of the present study. First, it is important to improve career indecision and unadaptive perfectionism when university students suffer from career indecision. Second, When counsel the university students who are suffer from career indecision, counselor should help them to have career decision-making self-efficacy.
