여대생의 다차원적 완벽주의, 성인애착, 이상 섭식행동 경향성 간의 관계

Abstract

본 연구는 애착을 매개변인으로 하여 다차원적 완벽주의와 이상 섭식행동의 관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 서울시 소재 4년제 여자대학교인 D여자대학교와 E여자대학교의 대학생 총 600명’을 대상으로 다차원적 완벽주의 척도(MPS)와 성인애착 질문지, 한국판 섭식태도 척도-26(KEAT-26)을 사용하여 질문지를 구성하고 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다차원적 완벽주의, 성인애착 하위차원, 이상 섭식행동 간의 관련성을 살펴본 결과, 이상 섭식행동은 다차원적 완벽주의의 자기 지향적 완벽주의, 타인 지향적 완벽주의, 사회적으로 부과된 완벽주의와 유의미한 정적상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 성인애착과 이상 섭식행동의 상관을 살펴보면, 이상 섭식 행동은 친밀차원과는 부적상관을 나타냈고, 의존차원과 불안차원에서 정적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 이상 섭식행동에 대한 다차원적 완벽주의와 성인애착의 하위차원의 설명량을 살펴본 결과, 본 연구에서 이상 섭식행동에 대해서 다차원적 완벽주의 중 사회적으로 부과된 완벽주의와 성인애착의 하위차원 중 불안차원만이 이상 섭식행동에 유의미한 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다차원적 완벽주의와 이상 섭식행동 간의 관계에서 성인애착 하위차원의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 다차원적 완벽주의의 하위유형 중 사회적으로 부과된 완벽주의와 이상 섭식행동과의 관계에서 불안차원의 부분매개효과가 유의미하게 검증되었고, 자기 지향적 완벽주의와 이상 섭식행동과의 관계에서 의존차원의 부분매개효과가 유의미하게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 개인이 가진 완벽주의 성향에 따라 이상 섭식행동에 대한 적절한 중재 개입방법을 제안하였고, 국내연구에서 거의 이루어지지 않았던 애착과 이상 섭식행동을 함께 살펴보았다는데 의의가 있다.;The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among multidimensional perfectionism, adult attachment and abnormal eating behaviors of female university students. For this research, participants were 600 female university students in Seoul. The measurements of this study were Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (MPS), Revised Adult Attachment Scale (RAAS) and Korean version of Eating Attitude Test-26 (KEAT-26). Using the SPSS 12.0 package, the data were analyzed pearson's correlation, multiple regression analysis and sobel test. The result of this study are as follow: 1. There were significant correlations between abnormal eating behaviors was positively related to self-oriented perfectionism, other-oriented perfectionism, socially-prescribed perfectionism, dependence dimensions and anxiety dimensions and negatively related to closeness. 2. Socially-prescribed perfectionism and anxiety dimensions were significantly predictive of abnormal eating behaviors. 3. With regard to mediating effects, anxiety dimensions partially mediated the relationship between socially-prescribed perfectionism and abnormal eating behaviors. And dependence dimensions partially mediated the relationship between self-oriented perfectionism and abnormal eating behaviors.
