衣服行動과 社會的 安全感 - 不安感의 關係에 대한 硏究

Abstract

靑少年期는 兒童期로부터 成人期로 移行하는 過渡期로서 이 時期에 어떤 經驗을 얻느냐에 따라서 그 後의 人間形成이 左右된다고 할 수 있어 人間의 情神 發達上에서 매우 큰 意味가 있는 時期이다. 이들은 過渡期的 不安과 自我意識의 高揚으로 어느 時期보다 外貌와 衣服에 대하여 敏感한 反應을 보이고 있다. 그러므로 本 硏究에서는 靑少年 集團 中, 女高生들의 衣服行動을 把握하고 社會的 安全感-不安感과의 關聯性을 糾明하고자 하였다. 測定方法에 있어서는 Creekmore(1971)의 8個 衣服行動 變因調査를 基礎로 하여 本 硏究者가 우리나라 女高生에게 맞도록 說問을 修正, 補完하여 各 變因別로 9問項씩 作成하여 衣服行動을 調査하고, 社會的 安全感-不安感 調査는 Lapitsky(1961)에 의하여 作成된 25個 問項의 社會的 安全感 檢査紙(Social Security Inventory)를 使用하였다. 標集對象은 서울市內의 수도여고, 홍익여고, 이화여고 等의 3個 女子高等學校 1, 2學年 總 389名으로 構成되었고 統計處理는 컴퓨터를 使用하여 度數分布, 平均値(M), 標集偏差(S.D.)를 算出한 後 相關係數를 求하고 X^(2)-檢證, T-檢證 하였다. 本 硏究의 資料 分析 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 衣服行動 8個 變因 相互間의 關係는 總 28個 가운데 22個가 P＜.01 水準에서 正 혹은 否的으로 有意的인 相關關係가 있었다. 2. 衣服行動 8個 變因 中에서 興味性, 社會的 認定性, 心理的 依存性, 禮儀性, 着實性 等 5個 變因이 P＜.05水準에서 社會的 安全感-不安感과 有意的인 關係가 있었다. 3. 衣服行動 變因의 順位는 禮儀性이 가장 높았고 그 다음이 便易性, 着實性, 興味性, 心理的 依存性, 管理性, 社會的 認定性, 注意集中性의 順으로 나타났다. 4. 衣服行動 8個變因 中에서 興味性, 禮儀性, 注意集中性, 着實性 等 4個 變因이 P＜.05 水準에서 學年 間에 有意的인 差異가 있었다.;The purpose of the present study was to investigate selected clothing behaviors and social security-insecurity for a group of high school girls in Seoul, Korea. The following hypotheses were set forth: (1) there will be relationships respectively among the selected clothing behaviors; (2) there will be relationships between clothing behaviors and social security-insecurity. The Study was limited to 389 high school girls and the selected sample was composed of freshmen and junior students from three girls' high schools in Seoul. For the measurement of the clothing behaviors., The Clothing Interest Inventory developed by Creekmore(197l), was analyzed and modified for the possible improvement and was adapted for use with the sample for this study. The measure for the social security-jnsecurity was edapted from Lapitsky's(1961) Social Security Inventory. Analysis of the data revealed that cartain clothing behaviors ware more important than others. The selected group of high school girls ranked Modesty first, followed by comfort, Aesthetic, Intarest, Psychological Dependence, Management, Social Approval and Special Attention. Statistical analysis of the data rewaled that twenty-two of twenty-eight correlations ware found aignificantly to be related among eight clothing behaviors. Thus the hypothesis was largely supported. Chi-Square analysis revealed significant relationships between Social security-inseculity and five clothing behaviors: Interest, Social Approval, Psycholgical Dependence, Modasty and Aesthetic. Thus the hypothesis was partially supported. When T-test values were computed for each of clothing behaviors by class, it was found that the freshmen placed significantly more importance on Modesty than the juniors, and that the juniors placed significantly more importance an Intarest, Attention and Aesthatic.
