朝鮮太祖朝 開國原從功臣錄券의 書誌的 硏究

Abstract

太祖 李成桂는 朝鮮을 建國하면서, 開國功臣을 확대하려는 의도와 前朝 高麗의 守節臣까지도 회유·포섭하는 의미에서 歷史上 최초의 原從功臣制度를 마련하여 1,396명의 原從功臣을 冊封하고 錄券을 지급하였다. 이중 現在까지 알려진 錄券은 7種뿐이다. 本 硏究에서는 現存하는 7種의 錄券중 未公開 錄券 1種을 제외한 6種의 開國原從功臣錄券을 中心으로 그 形態書誌的 分析과 체제 및 내용을 分析함으로써 錄券의 書誌的 價値를 규명하고자 하였다. 이들 錄券은 그 形態的인 面에서 다음과 같은 특징을 보이고 있다. 1. 太祖4年 발급 錄券 5種중 筆書本이 4種, 活版本이 1種이며 太祖6年 발급의 沈之伯錄券은 活版本이다. 2. 세로 31 cm내외, 가로 70 cm내외의 黃色 楮紙를 이어 붙인 木製卷軸의 두루마리本이다. 3. 匡郭은 四周單邊이고 筆書本의 匡郭은 붉은 선이다. 匡郭의 上下 길이는 25.2 - 30.5 cm 정도이며 界線의 간격은 2.5 ~ 3.2cm이다. 4. 「吏曹之印」은 本文의 첫머리部分과 接紙部分, 誤字의 改書部分 등에 朱印하였다. 5. 1行의 평균字數는 筆書本이 15 ~ 20字, 活版本이 19 ~ 23字정도이다. 6. 1行의 최대字數는 都監關與者의 職名單字로서 太祖4年 발급 錄券은 39字이고 太祖6年 발급 錄券은 37字이다. 7. "王旨", "殿下"등의 字句는 恭敬하는 뜻으로 行을 바꾸어 썼으며, 다른 行보다 2字정도 올려서 썼다. 8. 博物館 所藏品은 전시용 진열대에 보관중이며 개인 所藏品은 담배잎, 좀약과 함께 鐵製金庫에 보관중이다. 9. 本文의 체제는 ① 錄券 발급처 및 錄券을 賜給받는者의 職街과 姓名, 本貫, ② 功勞事例 및 포상下命記, ③ 綜合功積표현, ④ 포상대상자의 職名單字, ⑤ 功臣의 特典 및 賞典, ⑥ 都監關與者의 職名單字 및 手決의 順으로 되어 있다. 本文의 체제 및 내용을 分析한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 開國原從功臣은 功臣號가 없는 것이 특징이다. 2. 太祖6年에 발급된 沈之伯錄券의 포상下命記는 「實錄」에 傳하지 않아 錄券으로 하여금 그 사실을 확인케 했다. 포상下命記에 나타난 開國原從功臣의 포상대상자는 총 1,396명이다. 3. 太祖朝의 原從功臣은 建國에 기여한 功勞로서 太祖를 흉악한 무리로부터 막아 지켜준 功勞로 압축되며 나머지는 建國이후의 功勞와 회유·포섭정책의 소산임을 알 수 있다. 4. 포상대상자의 職名單字로 볼때 105名의 鄭津錄券, 226名의 張寬·韓奴介錄券, 700명의 金天理·金懷鍊錄券, 75명의 沈之伯錄券등으로 分類할 수 있으며 沈之伯錄券에는 太祖4年의 功臣이 36명이나 재등재되었다. 5. 功臣의 特典 및 賞典으로 볼때 鄭津錄券은 田30結·奴婢3口 張寬·韓奴介·沈之伯錄券은 田15結, 金天理·金懷鍊錄券은 無田등 3종류로 구분할 수 있다. 賞典으로 父母妻封爵, 子孫蔭織, 宥及後世는 共히 같다. 6. 太祖4年 발급 錄券은 23명의 都監關與者중 張寬錄券은 15명, 金天理錄券 15명, 金懷鍊錄券은 14명, 鄭津錄券은 16명이 手決하였고, 太祖 6年 발급의 沈之伯錄券은 24명중 15명이 手決하였다. 7. 각 錄券마다 誤字, 落字, 同音異字, 異音異字등이 많이 나타나며 同種인 金天理, 金懷鍊錄券도 29곳이나 서로 틀리고 있다.;Lee Sungkae, the first emperor of Cho Seon (Lee Dynasty), had established the first institution of 'Wonjong-Kongsin' (原從 功臣) in history with intention to magnify 'Kaeguk-Kongsin'(開國功臣) and to appease and win the statesman remaining faithful to Korea over. Also he had laid down the 'Wonjong-Kongsinr of 1396 numbers and granted 'Rok Kwon' (錄券) to them. Among them, only seven sorts of 'Rok Kwon' have been known to us till nowadays. The purpose of this study is to examine the bibliographical value of 'Rok Kwon' with a thorough analysis of the contents, the form and the structure of bibliographies centring with six sorts of 'Kaeguk Wonjong-Kongsin Rok Kwon'(開國原從功臣 錄券) saving not yet opened record among existing seven 'Rok Kwon'. In the characteristics of their form, he bibliographies related to 'Kaeguk Wonjong-Kongsin' have four sorts of transcribed books and two sorts of books printed from wood blocks, and they are reams of scroll books of wooden documents connected with several yellow papers(Han ji). Also 'Yi Cho Ji In'(吏曹之印) was stamped with red color in the parts of introduction, connecting paper and correcting errata. The average number of words in a line is 15-20 words in transcribed books and 19-23 words in printed books. And the largest number of words in a line is 39 words, also the words such as 'Wang Ji'(王旨) and 'Jeon Ha'(殿下) were raised in the extent of two word, compared with other lines. From the result of analyzing structure and contents of the text, it was presented that any special designation of 'Kongsin' was no showed in Rok Kwons and that the records of ordering the reward in Sim Ji Bak Rok Kwon (沈之伯錄券) have not been handed down in 'Syl Rok'(實錄). Most parts of meritorious services could be summarized as those of standing guard the first Emperor in the commencing time of the Dynasty from the atrocious opposing parties, and the rest were the meritorious services and the examples derived from the policy of appeasing and winning the opposition members over. The objects of reward were classified in Jung Jin Rok Kwon (105 peoples) (鄧津錄券), Chang Kwan (張寬), Han RoGae Rok Kwon (226 peoples) (韓奴介錄券), Kim ChunLee, (金天理), Kim HoiRyeon Rok Kwon (700 peoples) (金懷鍊錄券), Sim JiBak Rok Kwon (沈之伯錄券) (75 peoples, and among them 36 peoples are registered again from other Rok Kwons). Also, 30 Kyel (結) of field and 3 slaves were bestowed on Jung Jin Rok Kwon and 15 Kyel of fields was given to Sim JiBak, Chang Kwan and Han RoGae Rok Kwon, there were no field in Kim ChunLee, Kim HoiRyeon Rok Kwon. And the common rewards of them were Bong Jack to his parents ans wife (父母妻封爵), UmJik to his descendants (子孫蔭職) and You Keeb to his offspring (宥及後世). Among 23-24 peoples related to Do Kam (都監), 14 peoples in Kim HoiRyeon Rok Kwon, 15 peoples Chang Kwan, Kim ChunLee, Sim JiBak Rok Kwon and 16 peoples in Jung Jin Rok Kwon had put their sianature on this. And the erratum, the abbreviated from the homonym and the words of allophone are much appeared in each Rok Kwon, Kim ChunLee, Kim HoiRyeon, Rok Kwon of the same kind are different in 29 spots with each other.
