人間化를 爲한 基督敎敎育의 새 方向 摸索

Abstract

본 연구는 흑인신학을 연구하고 이에 근거하여 기독교 교육의 새로운 방향 즉 새로운 과제와 그 선교형태를 모색하고자 시도한 것이다. 오늘날 교육에서 새롭게 제기되고 있는 문제는, 교육은 인간해방을 위한 것이든지 아니면 인간예속 교육이든지 양자택일을 해야 된다는 것이다. 그러나 일반교육에서나 기독교 교육에서는 인간해방에 종사하는 것과는 달리 인간예속교육에 치중하고 있다는 것을 볼 수 있다. 따라서 기독교 교육의 새로운 방향을 모색하기 위하여 그 이론적 근거로서 흑인의 해방신학을 연구함으로써 고찰해 보았다. 흑인의 해방신학에서 볼 때, 기독교신학은 눌린자를 위한 인간해방이 그 내용이며 따라서 기독교신학은 해방신학이라는 점이다. 그러므로 하나님은 눌린자와 동일화 하시는 분으로서 금은 하나님이며 눌린자들과 같이 계시므로 오늘날 하나님은 흑인의 해방운동에 같이 하신다는 것이다. 이에 따라 그리스도도 역시 검은 그리스도이며 인간은 눌린자와 동일화 할 때만이 진정으로 자유하며 그리고 교회는 하나님의 해방활동에 참여하는 해방공동체 라는 것이다. 또한 현대 흑인해방 운동에는 흑인이 자기 주장을 할 수 있는 주체성 확립을 위한 흑인의식과 어떤 수단을 사용해서라도 백인의 인종주의와 싸워야 된다는 흑인세력 운동이 있음을 보았다. 기독교 교육의 새 방향 모색에 있어서 그 과제는 오늘날 역사정황에 비추어 볼 때 인간 해방이라는 점이며, 이 과업을 성취시키기 위한 교육 방법으로서 흑인의 해방운동에 근거하여 의식화 교육과 공동체 형성교육이 필요하다는 것을 제안하였다. 이 교육방법에 있어서는 의식화 교육을 위하여 문제제기 방법과 의미의 선교를 다루었고, 공동체 형성의 교육을 위하여 의사소통 방법과 문화의 선교를 고찰하였다. 이러한 교육을 통해서 인간은 진정한 해방을 초래할 수 있다고 본다. 이상의 관찰을 통해서 본 결론은 기독교 신학이 인간해방의 신학이라는 사실, 또 신학 관점에서 볼 때 기독교 교육의 새 목적과 방향은 인간해방이라는 사실이다. 아울러 인간해방을 위한 교육의 새로운 선교형태는 의식화 교육과 공동체 형성교육이라는 것도 밝혀졌다. 그러므로 기독교 교육에서 수행되어져야 할 앞으로의 과제는 해방의 신학과 기독교 교육과의 상관성에 대한 새로운 모색이며, 또한 인간해방이라는 관점에서 기독교 교육의 내용과 방법이 구체적으로 고찰되어야 하겠다는 점이다. 본 연구자는 이 과제를 수행하기 위하여서는 한국내의 비인간화 되어있는 대상과 그 직접적인 원인이 무엇인가를 사회과학적인 힘을 빌려서 관찰할 필요가 있다고 본다.;This thesis is an attempt to search for the new direction of christian education on the theoretical basis of black theology of liberation. It is argued that the new problem of education is to choose the alternatives whether education is for human liberation of for human domestication. The trends of general and Christian education both have been served for human domestication rather than human liberation. For the purpose of seeking a new direction of christian education, Cone's theory on black theology is dealt with in this thesis. From the viewpoint of black theology, it contends that Christian theology is that of liberation because the content of the latter is liberation for the oppressed, the Black. God always is on the side of the oppressed, the Black so that He, who is identified with them, is blackness. He shares in the black liberation movement because He is always with them. Hence, it is stated that christ is also black. Man is be able to have real freedom so long as he identifies himself with the black. Church is that community that participated in Christ's liberation work in history. There are two trends of black liberation movement, black awareness and black power movement. The one is to confirm their identity by self-assertion, the other is to fight against white racialism by all means they can use. In this thesis, the human liberation is emphasized as an crucial task to seek the new direction of Christian education. To accomplish this task, it is proposed that conscientization and community formation education are necessary as the educational methods on the ground of black liberation theology. Problem-posing and ministry of meanings are suggested as the educational methods for conscientization ; communication and ministry of culturing are needed for community formation education. The real human liberation is to be obtained only by these educational forms. Through above observation, i conclude that christian theology is the theology of liberation and that new goal and direction is human liberation on the basis of theology of liberation. Besides, it is clarified that conscientization and community formation education are the new patterns of ministry. Hence, the tasks which are to be studied further in future, are as follows; 1) The new research for the co-relation between theology of liberation and Christian education. 2) The content and method of Christian education should be studied concretely from the aspect of human liberation. 3) It will be necessary to analize the dehumanized objects and examine what its direct causes are with support of social-scientific method.
