전통성을 응용한 복식 디자인 연구

Abstract

현대 패션은 대량 생산체제의 산업화로 규격화된 상업적 성격을 갖는 동시에 예술로서 인간성 회복과 미적가치를 위한 조형복식의 흐름을 갖고 있다. 또한, 패션은 한 시대의 문화적 양식에 뿌리를 둔 인간정신의 거울로서, 현대에서의 전통과의 단절은 인간들에게 정신적 위기감을 주고 있어서, 패션에서의 단순한 서구 모드의 모방은 그 의미를 잃어가고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회 현상을 인식하고 탈피하기 위해 전통건축에서 흐르는 우리 민족의 내면적 미적 가치와 조형성을 파악하여, 현대 조형복식에 도입함으로써 과거와 현재 그리고 미래로 이어지는 복식의 전통성의 의미를 되살리고, 국제화시대에 우리전통에 뿌리를 둔 새로운 조형복식의 가능성을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 본 논문의 이론적 배경으로는 전통건축의 특성과 구성요소, 그리고 동시대의 전통복식에서 보이는 연관된 조형성을 파악하며, 전통의 재창조라는 측면에서 현대복식으로 연결되어 지며, 또한 현대 복식의 조형적인 흐름의 경향과 그 흐름에서 보이는 전통건축이 복식에 미친 영향을 요소별로 살펴보았다. 작품제작에서는 제 Ⅱ장에서 고찰한 건축의 구성요소중에서 1차적 굴성요소인 기와지붕, 창살, 그리고 2차적 구성요소인 담장의 조형성을 형상화시킨 전통적 미의식을 가진 복식디자인으로 연구 제작하였다. 이러한 연구 제작 결과, 전통건축의 조형성은, 자연에서 얻은 미의식으로써, 곡선의 미로 구체화되어 건축과 복식에 공통적으로 연관되어서 내재되어 나타났으며, 한국인으로서 지니고 있는 공통적인 미의식을 현대 복식에 접목시킨 결과 전통의 곡선의 미를 직선과 기하학적인 모던한 선으로 연결됨으로 조형성있는 복식으로 재창조 되었다.;The standardized commercialism by industrialization of mass producation system is characteristic of modern fashion, simultameously, which swimming with the current of modeling dress and it's ornament for revival of human nature and aesthetich value as art. Also, as fashion is mirror of human idea that root is in cultural pattern, it's meaning has been decreasing to pattern fashion after simple western mode since what modern is separated from tradition bring to a mental crisis to human. Accordingly, this thesis have grasped the internal aethethic value and modelling in traditional architecture to keep step with above social phenomenon and revivified moaning of dress and its ornament tradition connected with past, present, and future by introduction of modern modelling dress and its ornament. Consequently, I believe, possibilities of new modelling dress and its ornament based on our tradition in internationalized present can be implied with this thesis. Theorical backgrounds of this thesis are character of traditional architecture, its composed elements and character of modelling related to it which showing in same period. And they were connected to modern dress and its ornament in aspect of recreation of tradition. Also this thesis analyzed the tendency follows modelling of modern dress and its ornament and thst tradition architecture in it have influence on dress and its ornament, into its element. In work production, dress and its ornament design having traditional beauty-conscious was analyzed and produced after formulated modelling of tile roof and lattice which is first complsed element and fednce which is second composed elements of architecture surveyed in Chapter Ⅱ. As result of above study, modelling of traditional architecture appeared in relation with architecture and dress and its ornament commonly as liner beauty by beauty - conscious comes from nature is embodied. And Korean's common beauty-conscious was grafted in modern dress and its ornament together, in which results in recreation of modelling dress and its ornament with linear beauty of tradition connected to straight line and geometrical modern line.
