1930年代 前半期 全南地方 朝鮮共産黨再建運動 硏究

Abstract

This thesis is a study on the Party Reconstruction Movement in the first half of 1930's and analyzes the activity of Local Vanguard Political Organization which was made to aim at the party reconstruction at that time. The Local Vanguard Political Organization of Jon-Nam province defined the current revolution as an anti-imperialistic and anti-feudal bourgeoisis revolution. And they intended to point to the construction of Farmer-Labor Soviet and tried to reconstruct and to strengthen the vanguard party which may be continuously achieved the construction of Farmer-Labor Soviet. Right after the announcement of "The Thesis on December", the Labor Vanguard Political Organization of Jon-Nam province preferentially constructed vanguard organization of national scale. Then a member of center combined local active persons, constructed vanguard political system of local unit, and developed the activity under organization's object intend to confirm the foundation of party reconstruction depend on them. (In this case, Vanguard Political Organization of local unit is lied as a branch of national unit's.) These construction of vanguard system method, has the danger of factional strife, was overcome gradually during criticism the inside and outside. Afterward building movement of vanguard political organization was developed. They insisted that local system must be unified and established in advance under the aim at establishment of national system. Therefore Jon-Nam Farmer-Sabor Conference and Chosun Communist Party Reconstruction Jon-Nam Union are organized to be based on such policy. These organizations set up Department of Anti-Imperialism, of Labor, of Farmer and tried to lead public strife and its organization. That is a course that the foundation of party reconstruction was established through the united front from lover classes and advanced Labor classes was secured. But they made mistakes confused duties between practical act and political ideological lead of national unit or local unit and dissolved the latter's act in the former's. As a matter of fact mistakes of small group active method and public foundation's frailty of party reconstruction movement were exposed. Besides when the aggressive war became a long one, Japanese Imperialism established military fascist system and thorougly oppressed Chosun National Liberation Movement, at the same time they strengthened colonial subordination. Under such conditions, the Party Reconstruction Movement of Jan-Nam province sustained hit destructively. But it didn't mean the extinction of movement. Because movement ability, was accumulated through public movement, 'Chosun Communist Party' movement since 1920's and party reconstruction movement in 1930's made it possible advance of revolutionary public in liberated space.;이 글은 1928년 '조선공산당' 붕괴 후 전개된 黨 再建運動을 全南地方 地域 前衛組織의 組織方針, 政治方針, 그리고 活動方針에 대한 분석을 통해 살펴본 것이다. 전남지방 지역 전위조직은 當面 革命을 反帝 反封建 부르조아 민주주의 혁명으로 규정하고 노농 소비에트 국가 건설을 지향하면서 이러한 과제를 지속적으로 수행해 낼 前衛黨의 再建·强化를 위해 노력하였다. "12월 테제" 발표 직후 전남지방 지역 전위조직은 전국단위의 전위조직을 우선적으로 건설하여 중앙에서 파견된 조직원이 지역활동가를 결합하고 지역단위 전위조직을 건설하여 이들에 의해 당 재건의 기초를 확립하려는 조직방침하에 활동을 전개하였다. 이러한 전위조직 건설방식은 파벌투쟁의 위험성을 내포한 것으로 내외의 비판 속에서 점차 극복되어 나간다. 이후 전남지방에는 "전국적 조직체의 확립을 목표로 우선 지방조직체의 통일·확립을 주장"하는 지역 전위조직 우선 건설운동이 전개된다. '全南勞農協議會', '朝鮮共産黨再建全南同盟'이 이러한 방침에 입각해 조직된 것들이다. 이들 조직을 反帝部·勞動部·農民部를 설치하고 대중투쟁과 그것의 조직화를 위해 노력하였다. 이는 아래로부터의 통일전선을 통한 당 재건의 기초를 확립하는 과정이었으며 선진 노동자층의 확보 과정이었던 것이다. 그러나 그들은 生産現場單位의 實踐活動의 任務와 地域차원 또는 全國차원의 政治·思想的 指導의 임무를 혼동하고 전자의 활동에 후자의 활동을 解消시켜 버리는 오류를 범하였으며, 그 결과 당 재건운동의 대중적 기반의 취약성을 초래하였던 것이다. 이런 상황에서 일제의 집요한 탄압으로 전남지방 당 재건 운동은 궤멸적인 타격을 받게 된다. 그러나 이는 운동의 단절을 의미하는 것이 아니다. 1920년대 이래의 대중운동과 조선공산당운동 그리고 1930년대 당 재건운동을 통해 축적된 운동역량이 해방공간에서의 혁명적인 대중의 진출을 가능케 했던 것이라고 생각되기 때문이다.
