그리스도와 율법

Abstract

유대교의 랍비였으나 그리스도교의 使徒로 전향했던 바울의 그리스도와 율법에 관한 진술들은 그리스도교를 유대교로부터 決定的으로 분리시켜 그리스도교 神學의 기초를 확립시켰다. 그러나 성서 註釋的 方法에 의한 깊은 硏究없이 피상적으로 理解되었을 때 그의 진술들은 오해되고 곡해되었으며, 그가 傳하고자 한 福音의 핵심은 가리워져 버렸다. 本硏究에서는 바울이 그의 神學的 思惟를 분명하게 드러내면서 유대교적 율법원리에 대항하여 그리스도교 신앙원리를 전재시켰던 로마서를 中心해서 다음의 것을 硏究考察하고자 한다. Ⅰ장에서는 문제제기와 硏究方法을 상세히 밝힐 것이며 Ⅱ장에서는 그리스도와 율법에 관한 바울의 진술들을 규명하기 위하여 지금까지 논란의 대상이 되었던 롬 10장4절을 文獻批判學的 硏究方法에 의하여 註澤하려 한다. Ⅲ장과 Ⅳ장에서는 그리스도와 율법에 관한 바울의 진술들이 곡해되었던 롬 7:14 ff을 중심으로 바울이 진술한 율법下의 人間과 그리스도하의 人間의 상황을 밝힐 것이다. Ⅴ장에서는 그리스도와 율법의 핵심이 밝혀짐에 따라서 그리스도人과 율법과의 관계는 어떠한가를 밝히고, 이와함께 "그리스도와 율법"에 관한 바울의 진술을 통하여 그가 그리스도人인 오늘의 우리에게 말해오는 율법에의 요구를 들을 것이다.;Paul, who turned to become one of the Christian apostles from rabbi of Jewish religion, laid a foundation for Christian theology through his remaks on Christ and the Laws which determinately seperated Christianity from Jewish religion. However, his remarks on "Christ and the Laws" made by in a superficial way, not by profound research in a hermaneutic way, were distorted and misunderstood and thus failed to interprete the core of the gospel. Therefore, this reaearch is designed to study and to reflect mainly the Romans which developed the basic principles of Jewish laws, making it clear paul's theological reasoning. Method and contents of the research are like the followings : The first chapter will raise a question and disclose its method to research. The second chapter will interprete line 4. chapter 10 of the Romans, which has become the objective of hectic discussion up to now, in view of clarifying pauls remarks on "Christ and the Laws" in the third and fourth chapter, human conditions under the laws and under Christ on which paul made his remarks, concentrating line 14, chapter 7 which distorted paul's remarks on Christ and the laws will be made clear. And finally in the fifth chapter, the relation between Christans and the laws will be disclosed in conformity with disclosure of the basic lines of Christ and the laws, with this, paul's demand to the laws will be told our Christians of present era through his remarks on "Christ and the Laws"
