조직 내 e-Laerning 모니터링도구 개발에 관한 연구

Abstract

As the human Capital becomes more important for creating value in the firms, e-Learning is a core method for Change Management in e-Transformation environment. Therefore this study intends to develop 「A Monitoring Instrument for Firm's e-Learning」 as a Guideline for continuously checking e -Learning process in the firm. This study goes through 6 steps for developing 「A Monitoring Instrument in Firm's e-Learning」. First, 5 key activity dimensions of e-Learning are defined on the basis of theoretical studies about traditional firm's training program and information systems. Second, 'the conceptual framework for developing e-Learning monitoring instrument' is proposed by selecting sub-activities(factors). Third, conceptual definition and operational definition of the selected factors are presented. Fourth, measurement items for this factors are created on the basis of the operational definition. Fifth, validity of each measurement items was verified by surveying the 5 experts using delphi method. Consequently, 「A Monitoring Instrument for Firm's e-Learning」 is consisted of 5 key activity dimensions, 13 sub-activities(factors), and 39 measurement items.;지식경제 시대의 기업가치 창조의 근원은 인적자원(Human Capital)이라는 점에서 e-Learning이야말로 e-Transformation이라는 혁신에 대한 변화관리(Change Management)의 방안으로 핵심적인 역할을 한다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 기존의 선행 연구를 토대로 본 연구에서는 e-Learning의 핵심 활동영역이 목표를 향해 효과적이고 효율적으로 수행되고 있는지를 지속적으로 점검하기 위한 계기판으로서 「e-Learning 모니터링도구」를 개발하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 「e-Learning 모니터링도구」를 개발하기 위해 다음과 같은 6단계의 절차를 거쳤다. 1단계는 e-Learning의 핵심 활동영역을 파악하는 단계이다. 이를 위해 전등적인 기업 내 교육훈련과 정보시스템에 관한 문헌연구를 통해 e-Learning의 5가지 핵심 활동영역을 정의하였다. 2단계에서는 1단계에서 정의된 각 활동별 평가요인 즉 세부 활동들을 선정하여 'e-Learning 모니터링도구 개발을 위한 이론적 프레임웍'을 제시하였다. 3단계에서는 선정된 평가요인을 측정하기 위한 측정항목을 개발하기 위하여 각 평가요인에 대한 개념적 정의와 조작적 정의를 내리고, 이를 토대로 4단계에서 측정항목을 개발하였다. 5단계에서는 델파이 기법(Delphi Method)을 이용하여 전문가들의 견해를 토대로 개발된 측정항목의 타당성을 검증하였다 마지막으로 3라운드에 걸친 설문 결과에 따라 측정항목을 수정, 보완하여 최종적으로 「e-Learning 모니터링도구」를 완성하였다. 그 결과 e-Learning의 5개 핵심 활동영역과 이에 따른 13개의 평가 요인이 선정되었고, 여기에 총 39개의 측정항목이 개발되었다.
