F. P. Schubert의 Moments Musicaux Op. 94 D780에 대한 연구

Abstract

Franz Peter Schubert(1797- 1828)는 고전주의 음악을 이어 낭만주의 음악의 길을 연 작곡가로 그의 작품은 고전주의 음악형식과 구성의 바탕위에 낭만주의 음악의 특징을 표현한다. 슈베르트의 낭만주의 음악의 특징으로 대표되는 것은 600여 곡에 달하는 예술가곡이다. 그의 예술가곡은 시와 음악이 완전히 융합되어져 있어서 시의 서정성을 띄게 된다. 이러한 예술가곡에서 나타나는 음악의 서정성은 기악곡에서도 잘 반영된다. 슈베르트는 협주곡을 제외한 전 분야에 걸쳐 1100여곡을 작곡하였고 피아노곡으로는 22곡의 소나타와 많은 소품들을 남기고 있다. 그의 피아노 소품은 크게 즉흥곡류와 무곡류로 나눌 수 있다. 본 논문에서 분석할 Moments Musicaux는 즉흥곡류에 포함되는데 이러한 즉흥곡류는 짧은 길이와 선율위주의 구성을 보이고 보헤미아 작곡가들의 소품에서 영향을 받는다. 슈베르트는 무곡류 또한 예술적 장르로 발전시키면서 멘델스존, 슈만, 쇼팽에 이르는 낭만주의 성격 소품의 발전에 큰 영향을 준다. 본 논문에서는 Moments Musicaux을 분석 하고, 자유로운 전조와 서정적인 선율을 중심으로 작품에 내재되어 있는 구조적 연관성을 연구하여 고전과 낭만의 중간적 위치에 있는 슈베르트에 대해 알아보고자 한다. Moments Musicaux은 모두 6곡으로 구성되어 있고 각곡의 조성과 각곡 내에서의 조성의 움직임이 주로 3도 관계로 진행되고 있다. 이 밖에 이명동음전조, 반음계적 전조가 근친조(relative key)와 함께 사용되고 있다. 화성의 쓰임도 변화 화음, 부 7화음 등의 다양한 사용으로 음색의 변화를 주고 있으며 선율의 진행에 있어서는 같은 선율이 장조, 단조로 번갈아 움직이는 Mode의 변화가 특징이며 리듬은 같은 형태를 계속 반복하거나 약간의 변화를 주기만 한다. 곡의 형식은 3부 형식을 기본 틀로 하여 약간의 변형된 형태를 보인다.;Franz Peter Schubert (1797-1828) was a composer who connected romanticism with classicism and his works are based on the form and technique of classicism. The specially of Schubert's romantic music is represented by about 600 Lieder. The Lieder were a harmony of poetry and revealed the music lyricism of the poem. These characteristic lyricism of the Lieder was reflected in the instrumental works. Schubert composed about 1100 works including twenty-two piano sonatas and many miniature works for piano. His piano miniatures can be divided into impromptus and dances, and they are of short length and melody-concentrated formation which show the specialty of Romanticism. Schubert's piano miniatures include eight impromptus (Op.90 and Op.142) and six moments musicaux (Op.94) which, were influenced by the Bohemian composers, and in turn affected the development of romantic character-pieces by F. Mendelssohn, R. Schumann, F. Chopin. In this paper, an analysis is made of Moments musicaux Op.94 D78O. The analysis is a study of structural relations which are immanent in the works and concentrated in their free modulations and lyrical melodies. This study identifies the significance of Schubert in his place between classicism and romanticism. Moments musicaux consists of six works in all and the activities of tonalities inside each work and between the works mainly move around mediant key. In addition, enharmonic key, parallel key and chromatic modulation are used with dominant key modulation. The usage of harmony also give a change of tone colour by using altered and secondary 7th chords. The movement of the melody is specialized by the change of mode which was the alternation between major and minor for the same melody. As far as rhythm is concerned, it is charaterized by the repetition of the same form of rhythm with few changes. In form, four of these works are four ternary, one is a rondo, and one in song form, which were not restricted to the traditional forms.
