슈베르트(F. Schubert) 의 「방랑자환상곡(Wanderer Fantasie) Op. 15」에 관한 연구

Abstract

This thesis is about Schubert's 「Wanderer Fantasie, Op. 15」, one of the researcher's recital program for a master's degree. The purpose of this study is to inquire Schubert's works through his life and musical growth process and to help performers understand 「Wanderer Fantasie, Op. 15」 by researching this piece. Moreover researcher will examine the characteristics of his piano works focused on this piece. Schubert, called a 'Classical Romantist' , is the composer that forms the original musical world based on the classical formation. He composed more than 600 art songs and laid the foundation for Lied, therefore his songs have an influence of his piano works. The subject of second movement in 「Wanderer Fantasie, Op. 15」 has the main melody and rhythmic patterns which is derived from his lied 「Der Wanderer」, and this melody and rhythm is used in eight main melodies of whole movements. Dactylic rhythm is applied evenly among all in every movement and each movement displays the organic development in large formality. The first movement is the sonata form without the recapitulation. Three subjects are exposed and ♩♫ rhythm pattern is used constantly. The second movement has the form with one subject and five variations and is developed the variation techniques that cell rhythm is accelerated by degrees. The third movement occupying the half of the whole length of this work is the Scherzo form and ♩. ♪♩ rhythm pattern is sustained. The fourth movement develops into the same introduction as the exposition of fugue and ♩♫ rhythm pattern is used continuously with forte. As mentioned above, each movement has the musical characteristics which is independent and contrasted , however, the compositional technique using cyclic form and unified elements develops this work to one unified piece. This is considered the master piece that has influence on cyclic form in post romanticism.;본 논문은 연구자의 석사학위 졸업 작품 중 하나인 슈베르트(Franz Peter Schubert, 1797-1828)의「Wanderer Fantasie(방랑자 환상곡) Op. 15」에 관한 분석 연구이다. 연구의 목적은 슈베르트의 생애와 음악적 성장과정을 통해 작곡된 작품을 알아본 뒤,「Wanderer Fantasie」를 연구하여 그 특징들을 살펴봄으로써 이 작품을 이해하고 연주 하는데 도움을 주는 것이며 더 나아가 슈베르트 피아노곡의 특징을 알아보고자 함이다. 슈베르트는 ‘고전적 낭만주의자’ 로 고전주의의 형식위에 독자적인 음악세계를 펼친 작곡가이다. 그는 평생에 600여곡의 가곡을 남기며 Lied의 기반을 다진 만큼, 피아노곡에서도 가곡의 영향을 많이 찾아볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서 연구 분석 된 「방랑자 환상곡」는 자작가곡「방랑자」에서 주요선율과 리듬을 가져와 제2악장의 주제로 사용하고 이는 전 악장에 제시되는 8개의 주요 선율에 파생된다. dactylic 리듬 또한 전체 악장에서 고루 활용되며 큰 틀 안에서 각 악장들이 유기적인 전개를 보인다. 제1악장은 재현부가 생략된 소나타 형식으로 세 개의 주제가 제시되며, ♩♫의 리듬형이 끊임없이 사용된다. 제2악장은 주제와 5개의 변주곡 형식으로 반주음형의 세포리듬이 점점 빨라지는 변주기법으로 전개된다. 제3악장은 스케르초 형식으로 전체 분량의 반을 차지하며, 전개방법이 제1악장과 매우 흡사하며, ♩. ♪♩의 리듬형태가 계속된다. 제4악장은 푸가의 제시부와 같은 도입부로 전개되며 시종일관 f로 ♩♫ 리듬형태가 지속된다. 이렇게 각 악장은 독립적이고 대조되는 음악적 특색을 갖으나, 순환형식과 통일요소를 이용한 작곡기법으로 전체가 하나의 통일된 곡으로 전개됨을 알 수 있으며, 후기 낭만주의 시대의 순환기법에 직접적인 영향을 끼친 중요한 작품이다.
