S.PROKOFIEV의 Piano Sonata No.6, Op.82에 관한 연구

Abstract

20세기의 대표적 작곡가이며 훌륭한 피아니스트로 일컫어지는 프로코피에프(Sergei Prokofiev: 1891-1953)는 20세기 초반의 혼란스런 나라상황으로 인해 많은 예술가들이 영구히 망명생활을 선택할 때에도 다시 자신의 조국인 러시아를 선택하여 그의 말년을 보낼만큼 조국을 사랑한 애국자이기도 하다. 그는 또한 러시아 피아노 음악의 전통을 계승하여 이를 더욱 발전시켜 피아노의 풍부한 음량을 이용하는 동시에 다이나믹한 표현을 첨가함으로써 피아노 음악의 새로운 장을 개척하였다. 1939-40년에 작곡된 「Piano sonata No.6」은 그가 1948년까지가는 가장 원숙된 곡들을 남긴 시기에 작곡된 곡이므로 풍부한 서정성과 고전적 양식이 표현된 대표적 작품이라 할 수 있다. 4악장 구조의 소나타인 이 곡은 첫악장에선 소타나 형식을 사용하였고, 2,3악장에선 변현된 3부분 형식을, 4악정에선 론도 형식을 사용하였다. 그러나, 첫 악장의 주제가 마지막악장에 다시 등장하는 순환기법의 사용으로 전조, 불협화음이 다양하게 나타나지만, 기본적 조성의 테두리는 유지하고 있다. 선율 또한 단순, 명료한 선율을 사용함에도 서정적인 면이 풍부하게 보여지고 있다. 곡속에서 보여지는 토카타적요소, 기계적이고, 동적인 리듬, 8도 이상의 폭넓은 도약, 익살스러움, 해학, 풍자적인 요소의 첨가는 프로코피에프만의 개성을 확실히 드러내 주고 있다. 프로코피에프의 음악적 특성은 신고전주의와 그만의 독특한 현대적 음악 언어의 조화라 할 수 있다. 그러므로 고전주의 형식의 사용과 조성을 유지하면서 고적적인 면모, 혁신성, 토카타, 서정성, 기괴함의 5가지 창작 요소를 모두 사용한 「Piano Sonata No.6」은 그의 독특한 음악적 양식을 이해하는데 좋은 본보기가 되는 작품이라 할 수 있다.;Sergei Prokofiev was the one of the composer representing the 20th century and splendid pianist. The biginning of the 20th century, The soviet was plunged in confusion. So many artists field from their own country eternally. But Prokofiev chose his country again and spent the last years of his life in Russia. He is real patriotic person, too. And he also succeed to the tradition of Russian piano music and worote new chapter in the piano music. <Piano Sonata No.6, Op.82> written in between 1939 and 1940, when he had been almost comlpeted as a composer, in one of his masterpieces expressing lyric and classical style. Piano Sonata No. 6 has four movements which has traditional formation in structure. The 1st mov. is Sonata forms, and the 2nd and 3rd mov. are ternary forms, and the 4th mov. is Rondo form. And the all mov. are united by using of a cyclic form where the theme of 1st mov. reappears in the last mov. which confer a unification on this entire work. Harmony is very complicated, creative such a poly-tonality, multi-tonality, sudden modulation and disharmornized chords appear in wide variety but he has been maintained the framework of the tonality. Melodies are very simple and clear and yet, these affluence lyricism. He used peculiar factors and he added them to his work which are toccata, mechanic, moter rhythm, a wide leap, comicality, humor, sarcasm. So his writings are marked by his strong individuality. Prokofiev's musical characteristic is the harmony of the Neo - Classicism and his musical language. He made a unique music style by using the Classicism form, harmonic preservation with the modern innovation. In addition he created his musical language from the five linies of his composition which are classical factors, toccata, motor, innovation, lyricism and grotesqueness. Especially Piano Sonata No.6 is consisted of classical lines and modern lines. Therefore, This music is the best model to understand his musical language. He must be made a important contribution to the 20th century's music.
