한국산 다모류(Class Polychaeta)의 분류에 관하여

Abstract

① 본인은 한국산다모류를 분류하기 위하여 1958년부터 1971년까지 남한 19개지역으로부터 채집되어 생물학과에 보관되어있는 재료들과 1972년 4월과 11월에 작약도와 영종도에서 본인에 의해 채집된 재료들을 사용하였다. 재료들은 20~30분간 mentol에 마취시킨다음 5% 포르말린용액에 보존하였다. 동정 분류하기 위하여 parapodium은 creosote에 담구어 분별한후 slide glass위에 canada balsam을 떨어뜨린후 cover glass를 덮고 봉입하여 영구 프레파라아트를 만들어 현미경으로 관찰하였고 그림은 카메라 루시다를 사용하여 그렸다. ② 채집된 재료들을 동정 분류한 결과 2목 7과 11속 14종 2아종이었으며, 이들은 다음과 같다. Halosydna brevisetosa, Lepidonotus elongatus, Lepidonotus helotypus, Lepidasthenia izukai, Perinereis nuntia var. vallata, Perinereis nuntia var. brevicirris, Neanthes japonica, Glycera chirori, Glycera decipiens, Glycera capitata, Diopatra sugokai, Sabellastarte zebuensis, Sabellastarte japonica, Pseudopotamilla occelata, Arenicola brasiliensis, Chetopterus variopedatus. ③ 이들 14종 2아종중 10종 즉 Halosydna brevisetosa, Lepidonotus elongatus, Lepidonotus helotypus, Lepidasthenia izukai, Glycera chirori, Glycera capitata, Sabellastarte zebuensis, Sabellastarte japonica, Pseudopotamilla occelata, Arenicola brasiliensis 는 한국미기록종이다. ④ 여기에다 1941년 Kamita와 Sato양씨가 발표한 2종, 1971년 한국동물명집(3)에 발표된 9종과 1972년 백의인씨가 발표한 5종을 합하면 한국산 다모류는 모두 2목 10과 18속 21종 2아종이 된다.;(1) The materials consist of the specimens which have been collected by the author from Jagyag and Yeongjong Islands on April and November of 1972, and the specimens kept in the Department of Biology, Ewha Womans University, which was collected from 19 different localities in South Korea (Text-Fig. 1) during the period from 1958 to 1971. They have been preserved in 5% solution of formalin after they were anaesthetized by mentol for 20 or 30 minutes. For the identification, parapodium was made permanent preparate to observe the plate figures drawn with camera lucida. (2) The results of the identification turned out to be 2 subspecies, 14 species, 11 genera and 7 families. They are as follows: Halosydna brevisetosa, Lepidonotus elongatus, Lepidonotus helotypus, Lepidasthenia izukai, Perinereis nuntia var. vallata, Perinereis nuntia var. brevicirris, Neanthes japonica, Glycera chirori, Glycera decipiens, Glycera capitata, Diopatra sugokai, Sabellastarte zebuensis, Sabellastarte japonica, Pseudopotamilla occelata, Arenicola brasiliensis, Chetopterus variopedatus. (3) Among them 10 species were found to be new to the Korean fauna: Halosydna brevisetosa, Lepidonotus elongatus, Lepidonotus helotypus, Lepidasthenia izukai, Glycera chirori, Glycera capitata, Sabellastarte zebuensis, Sabellastarte japonica, Pseudopotamilla occelata, Arenicola brasiliensis. (4) Kamita & Sato (1941) reported 2 species from Inchon Bay, 9 species reported in Nomina Animalium Koreanorum(3) Invertebrata and Paik (1972) descri bed 5 species from South Korea. So Polychaeta fauna in South Korea show 2 subspecies, 2 species, 18 genera and 10 families.
