통합교육을 통한 효과적인 음악 감상학습 수업방안 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 중학교 1학년 학생을 대상으로 한 청각적·시각적·언어적 해석 등을 연계한 통합 감상교육으로, 효과적인 음악 감상수업의 방안을 제시하는 것에 목적을 둔 사례연구이다. 이를 통해 학생들에게 음악적 요소를 이해시키기 위한 통합적인 수업을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 이론적 배경으로 음악 감상 교육의 의의와 통합 교육의 필요성에 대해서 살펴보았다. 통합 감상학습이 학교수업에서 이루어지는 가를 알아보기 위하여 교과서의 감상곡의 학습목표 분석과 음악 감상 수업 실태를 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 수업에 대한 흥미를 높이고 학생들의 자발적인 참여가 이루어질 수 있는 수업 지도안을 제작하였다. 연구 대상은 본인이 현재 근무하고 있는 전주 H여자 중학교 1학년 총 8반 중 35명 내외로 이루어진 4학급, 138명이다. 연구 방법으로 설문지를 통해 연구 대상의 감상수업의 실태를 파악하였고 이를 기초로 다양한 표현활동을 포함한 통합 감상지를 제작하여 수업을 진행하였다. 마지막으로 그 효과성을 알아보기 위하여 학생들이 작성한 감상지와 인터뷰, 그리고 사후설문지를 사용하였다. 통합교육 음악 감상수업의 방법으로 음악의 들음을 통해 느껴지는 줄거리나 어떤 장면, 또는 분위기의 감정적 느낌을 그림, 이야기, 선율 표현하기 등으로 나타내도록 하였다. 이 결과 다양한 표현활동을 통하여 ‘음악적 요소를 이해할 수 있었다’의 답변이 68명(49%)과 ‘음악적 요소를 일부만 이해했다’의 63명(46%)의 답변을 보였다. 이를 통해 코플랜드(Aron Copland, 1900~1990)의 감상 단계 ‘감각적 파악의 단계’, ‘표현력의 단계’, ‘순음악적 단계’를 거친 복합적인 활동으로 효과적인 통합 감상수업이 이루어짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 통합교육 음악 감상수업은 감상을 하면서 느껴지는 감정적 지각 반응이 음악적 요소를 어떻게 표현하는 지를 눈으로 확인하는데 의의가 있다. 즉, 학생 내면의 감정 상태를 들여다 볼 수 있다는 점이 이 연구가 지니는 교육적 특성이라 할 수 있다. 이 지도안을 통해서 경험위주의 감상학습이 되도록 하고 학생들이 수업에 적극 참여하여 음악 감상 능력을 키우고자 한다.;As developing and performing the teaching plan which is used integrated representing activity, this study aims to suggest educational musical appreciating class, which linked and combined visual, auditory, linguistic interpretation and etc effectively. In addition, the purpose of this study is to suggest the ways which enable for students to appreciate musical elements deeply and to suggest integrated class and the class across disciplines for students. Therefore, this study might be essential for musical education. This study looked about the meaning of the education for appreciating the music which is the basis for musical growth. Also, this study tried to increase students interest on musical class as combining the music for appreciation with each integrated artistic activity area. Finally, this study planed and performed the class which encourages for students to participate in class voluntarily and then examined its effectiveness. The subject of this study was the students of first grade in Jeonju H Girls Middle School; each class was usually composed of 35 students. The research subject was 4 classes among total 8 classes and was restricted as total 138 students. Research methods were report after appreciating the music, interview and survey after the class including quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of this study were divided into fifth and then examined. In this study, the class of appreciating music was designed for students to remind the plot or some scenes or some atmospheres or some emotions with regard to the music and then to reconstruct the story, scenario, poem and etc with musical plot corresponding with the flow of music. The results of such class showed that 68 students (49%) response that they could understand the element of music fully through various activities of expression and 63 students (46%) response that they could understand the element of music partly. It means that these activities help students to drift from the step of sensuous plane to the last step of sheely plane. As the feature of integrated educational musical instruction in this study, it makes teachers be able to see inner emotional condition of students as observing what emotions students have in listening to the music, what they imagine during listening and how students respond to the music. Such teaching plan in this study is expected to be useful for establishing empirical learning for appreciating the music. Also, it will be helpful for students to cultivate the ability of appreciating the music and to understand the importance of listening to the music.
