웹사이트의 아날로그 인터페이스 개발방향에 관한 연구

Abstract

Post industrial society called information society is society in which we use a variety of media. Particularly, people who collect information and exchange ideas with other people using the Internet World Wide Web are rapidly increasing and the Internet-based society is greatly changing the cultures of mankind. The size of websites and the scale of intranet are increasingly expanding. Due to this, users are experiencing difficulties searching information that they are looking for and they spend lots of time searching the information they want to find. Users understand the menu system of a particular site only and undergo errors and learning process on many occasions. In order to minimize such waste of time, the importance of the user interface design has been increasing. The user interface is the place that enables the user and the computer to interact between them. The website on which user interface is well designed gives great benefits to both users and managers. The users can quickly find the information that they want and accordingly they can save time and cost. Managers also can create profits. This research examines which interface, analogue interface or digital interface can enhance the usability of users by comparatively analyzing analogue factors and digital factors appearing on the interface together with user responses, in order to enhance the usability of user interface on the web site;정보화 시대로 불리는 후기 산업 사회는 다양한 미디어를 사용하는 시대이다. 특히 인터넷 월드 와이드 웹을 사용하여 각종 정보를 수집하고 다른 사람과 의견을 교환하는 사람들이 급격하게 증가하고 있으며 인터넷을 중심으로 하는 사회가 인류의 문화를 크게 바꾸어 가고 있다. 웹사이트와 인트라넷의 규모는 점차 커지고 있다. 이로 인해 사용자들은 사이트 내에서 자신이 찾고자 하는 정보를 제대로 검색하는데, 더 많은 어려움을 겪고 있고 그들이 찾고자 하는 정보를 위해 많은 시간을 보낸다. 사용자들은 그 사이트만의 메뉴체계를 이해하고 여러 번의 오류와 학습 과정을 거치게 된다. 이런 사용상의 시간적 낭비를 최소화하기 위해 사용자 인터페이스(User Interface Design) 의 중요성도 증대되고 있다. 사용자와 컴퓨터 간의 상호 작용을 가능하게 하는 것이 사용자 인터페이스다. 사용자 인터페이스가 잘 설계된 웹사이트는 사용자, 운영자 모두에게 큰 이익을 준다. 사용자는 자신이 원하는 정보를 신속하게 찾을 수 있고 이로 인해 시간과 비용을 절감 할 수 있다. 운영자도 이로 인해 이익을 창출 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 웹사이트의 사용자 인터페이스의 사용성(Usability)을 높이기 위해 인터페이스에 나타나는 아날로그적 요소와 디지털적 요소를 비교 분석하여 사용자 반응을 분석함으로써 아날로그적 인터페이스와 디지털적 인터페이스 중 어떤 인터페이스가 사용자의 사용성을 높이는 것인지 생각해 보려고 한다.
