빛의 연출 요소 도입을 통한 의료 공간 디자인 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 의료 공간 내 빛의 연출 요소를 통한 부드러운 빛의 감성적인 빛 환경을 시력 교정 전문 안과에 도입하여, 이용자 중심에서 쾌적하고도 감성적인 의료 공간의 디자인 모형 사례 제안을 목적으로 한다. 오늘날 21세기는 경제 및 사회, 문화 전반에 걸쳐 삶의 질이 향상되어짐에 따라 인간의 생로병사의 기본 삶에 있어, 건강에 대한 관심과 풍요로운 인생을 제1순위의 가치로 여기게 되었다. 이에 따라 건강과 의료에 대한 관심과 수준이 의료시술에서 의료서비스의 개념으로 바뀌어 가는 추세에 따라 클리닉의 개념이 진료의 개념보다는 치유의 개념으로 변화되어 가는 추세이다. 치유의 개념 중에서도 디자인 요소로서의 빛의 환경은 시 감각적으로 매우 예민하고 중요한 부분으로 의료 공간 중에서도 특히 안과의 실내 환경에서는 가장 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 그러나 그 중요성에 비해 현재 안과 들은 기능에 치우쳐 너무 어둡거나, 실내 공간의 과도하게 밝은 빛 환경으로 쾌적함이 결여된 실정이다. 인간의 감각 중 오관을 통해 느끼는 감각 중의 하나인 시각의 중요성을 의료 공간 중 시력 교정 전문 안과를 이용하는 이용자 중심에서 매우 중요한 부분으로 인식하여, 공간 디자인 연출 요소로써의 빛의 개념을 심리적으로 편안하고 부드러운 빛 환경으로 의료 공간 실내 디자인에 도입하여 감성적인 의료 공간을 제안하는 것에 의의가 있다 하겠다. 본 연구의 내용과 구성은 다음과 같이 진행한다. 제 1장 연구의 배경과 목적, 범위 및 방법을 서술한다. 제 2장 빛의 개념적 이해와 함께, 빛의 물리적, 감성적 특성들을 문헌을 통해 이론적으로 고찰 하고, 공간 디자인 구성 요소로서의 빛의 개념을 의료 공간에 도입하여 그 적용 가능성을 검토한다. 제 3장 의료 공간의 치유 환경 요소로서의 빛의 개념을 고찰하고, 국내 시력 교정 전문 안과에 도입된 실제 사례를 통하여 의료 공간을 계획함에 있어 빛의 연출 요소를 도입하고 적용하기 위하여 디자인 방향을 설정 한다. 제 4장 시력 교정 전문 안과의 개념과 공간, 기능적 특성을 분석, 조사한다. 대상지를 설정하고 연구 과정을 통하여 설정된 디자인의 개념을 연구의 특성에 입각하여 공간에 적용하고 모형 사례를 최종 디자인하여 제안한다. 이러한 연구과정을 통해 본 연구자는 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 첫째, 빛의 개념적 이해와 함께, 조형요소로써의 빛을 공간에 도입함이, 빛의 조절에 관한 공간 조직의 구성 방법에 따라 공간을 변화시키며 물리적, 감성적인 공간의 연출과 다양한 공간으로 표현 할 수 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 공간 디자인 구성 요소로서의 인위적인 빛의 개념을 공간에 도입함에 있어 물리적 환경에 따른 공간의 변화와 빛의 조절에 관한 결과들이 치유 환경, 의료 공간을 이용하는 이용자의 심리에 영향을 끼친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 인간의 시각과 밀접한 관계가 있는 시력 교정 전문 안과의 개념과 공간, 기능적 특성을 분석하고 문제점을 조사한 결과, 인위적인 빛의 간접조명 방식의 걸러지는 빛에 의한 부드러운 빛과 조형 요소로써의 빛의 연출 개념들이 도입된 시력 교정 전문 안과가 이용자들에게 심리적으로 안정되고 감성적인 의료 공간으로 경험하게 되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 빛의 감성적인 공간 연출 요소를 도입한 시력 교정 전문 안과 의료 공간 디자인 제안에 있어 클리닉을 이용하는 이용자들에게, 심리적인 안정과 함께 편안하고 쾌적한 공간을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 의료 공간 디자인에 치유 환경 요소로서 감성적인 빛의 개념을 적극적으로 도입하여, 보다 나은 삶의 질 향상을 위한 치유 환경의 의료서비스개념의 감성적인 시력 교정 전문 EYE CLINIC SPACE 실내 디자인 모형 사례를 제시함에 본 연구의 가치와 의의가 있다 하겠다.;This study have an intention of proposing a sensitive eye clinic designed for user and introducing a sensitive light environment through element of light effect in eye clinic. The 21st Century advance our quality of life over the length and breadth of economy, society and culture. An interested health and a bountiful life treat the worth of man. So clinic change concept form a surgical operation to a medical treatment through the interest and level about health, therefore a general idea of clinic have to change from checking to healing. Light environment become a major design opportunity in clinic space, especially eye clinic of interior environment. But existing eye clinic lacks comfortable circumstances, because of eye clinic inclines too heavily toward function. An indoor eye clinic is dark or bright. A purpose of thesis considerate that the visual senses is important one of the five sense. It is recognized very important for patient to use clinic. The concept of light as the formative element is comfortableness, mellowness and sensitivity. Through a theory and a example, I offer to design eye clinic space design through light. This research consisted of 6 chapters, and the detailed composition is as follows: In chapter one, the background, purpose and method of study are explained. In chapter two, This research is checked a new possibility with a conceptual understanding of light, character of a physical and emotional light, and the light concept as a component of space design introduce clinic. It is based on studying functions of artificial light with cases and records. In chapter three, This research is considered the concept of light as a healing environment factors in medical space. clinic is planned a professional eye clinic through case studies in the actual of the space. The design direction is set for introducing the light element and applying it. In chapter four, The concept of eye clinic and space, a functional analysis of eye clinic, and researching. To set the target in the concept of the design through the research process is based on the characteristics of the space research. To apply the final design is offered a model case. This is the process by which these studies, researchers could conclude the following. The First, The light is introduced space as the formative element with a conceptual understanding of light. It depends on how the configuration of the organization spaces and changes in our space. Space can be expressed a variety of space with physical, emotional space. The Second, Space is introduced the concept of artificial light as a space component design. Healing environment and space for medical are affected the psychology of users by changing in the physical environment of space. The third, The concept of eye clinic and space, analyze a functional character, and survey problem. Presentation concepts of light introduced professional clinic are experienced users who are psychologically stable and emotional health in the space. This research will be able to provided users to use clinic, psychological stability and a comfortable and pleasant space. In addition, the medical space as a design element in the healing environment, actively introduce the concept of light sensitivity. This research will be able to provided of the value and significance of this research through EYE CLINIC SPACE interior design model and present case studies.
