ASP를 이용한 학교-가정 정보전달시스템의 설계 및 구현

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 학교생활과 관련된 자료들이 상급학교 진학을 위한 자료와 보관용으로서의 역할뿐만 아니라, 학생과 학부모가 재학 중에 수시로 학교생활을 점검하거나 설계하기 위한 자료로 이용하고자 하는 것이다. 이제 학부모는 학급성적으로만 학교로 상담을 가는 것이 아닌 친구들과의 관계, 학교수업 시간의 태도, 알림장의 사항, 교사와 학부모가 함께하는 회의 등을 web의 이용을 통해 자녀들의 인성교육을 명확히 더 부각시키며 그러기 위해서 학부모 참여 행정시스템의 개발의 필요성을 나타내고자 한다. 학부모는 학교라는 울타리를 web상에서 파악하는 것이며 이를 위해 우선 청소년의 지식, 태도, 행동, 그리고 학교생활 의사소통의 일반적 경향을 살펴보고, 학생 지도에 필요한 자료가 초등학교부터 고등학교까지 누적 관리되기 때문에 교사들이 좀 더 효율적이고 체계적으로 학생을 지도할 수 있고, 더불어 학부모는 직접 학교를 방문하지 않고 인터넷을 통해 각종 정보를 손쉽게 확인할 수 있다는 것의 영향은 어떠한지 분석하는 것이다. 정보관리 시스템, 템플릿관리 시스템, 메뉴 관리 시스템을 통해서 업무별로 관리하도록 하며 관리자는 앞으로 처리해야 할 정보를 모든 학부모들에게 제공한다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교 현장에서의 교사들의 실질적인 업무 부담을 효율화하며 학습 지도에 보다 많은 시간을 할애할 수 있도록 경제적인 측면에서 효율성을 높이고자 한다. 둘째, 학생 및 학부모를 대상으로 생활지도 서비스와 학교업무 정보를 제공함으로서 각 학교마다 원활하지 않은 학교홈페이지를 업그레이드 시키고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 셋째, 학부모들의 원만하지 못한 참여와 사회구조 속에서 학교는 교육의 중심체 역할로서 세부능력종합, 단체 활동 및 학급활동, 학생 인적사항 등으로 이루어져 학교 제반 사항을 효과적으로 처리할 수 있도록 수집, 정리, 분석 및 평가할 수 있는 정보체계이다. 이 연구는 학부모와 교사, 학생 모두가 열람하도록 가능한 시스템이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.;The aim of this study is to prove that online school information systems are able to allow students and their parents to regularly check or build their data related to school life as well as allowing them to check it for continuing studies at a higher level. These days, seeing as parents should concern the relationship between students, the attitude of them in school, the contents of school notice and the conference between teachers and parents with internet connections as well as getting counsel because of grading problems, the development of parents participation administration system is needed now. Now parents could easily get lots of information of their kids' school life on website without visiting school. To make it possible, first of all, they have to remind general tendency of students' communication in school and the character of juvenile including their knowledge, attitudes and behavior. Futhermore, seeing as all the information is accumulated on website from elementary to high school, teachers can educate students effectively. By using information management system, tablet management system and menu management system, An administrator could provide all the information he should deal with soon. Followings are the analysis of this study. Firstly, we are able to shorten teachers' work and improve effectiveness so that teachers have much more time to teach. Secondly, by providing information such as school life management and school life guidance, we can upgrade the quality of school homepage. Finally, In this insufficient participation of parents and social condition, schools could be the center of an information system which can collect, process and analyze the data including lots of students' specific abilities, their activities in groups or in class and also their information. I'm expecting this study would help teachers, students and their parents to check out the information of this system.
