개별화된 알림장 메일 서비스를 이용한 교실 수업 개선 방안

Abstract

오늘날 학교의 교실 수업이 위기를 맞고 있다. 여러 가지 원인이 있겠지만 맞벌이 부부의 증가와 결손 가정의 증가로 부모님의 손길이 부족한 학생들이 많아지면서 학교에서도, 가정에서도 소외당하면서 학교생활을 소홀히 하기 때문이다. 기본적인 준비조차 하지 않고 학교에 등교하는 학생들이 많아지면서 학생들은 수업에 집중하지 않고, 흥미를 잃어간다. 수업에 집중하지 않기 때문에 다음날 수업 준비를 하고 싶어도 교사가 무슨 얘기를 했는지 기억이 잘 나지 않고, 적어 두었더라도 적어 둔 곳을 잊어버려 헤매기 쉽다. 이런 현상을 방지하기 위하여 많은 학교에서 알림장을 실시하고 있다. 알림장에 전달사항과 숙제와 준비물을 학생이 적어가도록 하는 것인데, 학생들이 적다 보니 빠트리는 내용도 있고, 잘못 기재하는 경우도 있다. 본 논문에서는 알림장을 교사가 작성하고 과목별로, 학생별로 데이터베이스를 구축해 학생 개개인에 맞춘 알림장을 학생들의 이메일로 보내주는 맞춤 알림장 메일 서비스를 하고자 한다. 숙제를 안 해 온 횟수, 준비물을 안 가져온 횟수, 칭찬 받은 횟수, 메일 확인을 안 한 횟수를 저장해 두었다가 개인 메일로 매일매일 알림장과 함께 교사의 코멘트가 전달된다. 나중에 평가에 반영한다면 아이들이 강제성을 느낄 수도 있으나 교사가 매일 매일 자신에게만 메일을 보내는 듯한 느낌을 받도록 하여 학생들이 스스로 동기가 유발 될 수 있도록 유도하고 자기 주도적 학습 능력을 키울 수 있도록 도와준다. 교사는 실제로 개개인별로 메일을 쓰지 않아도 되도록 시스템을 구축하여 편의성을 도모하였다. 학생과 교사의 알림장을 통한 신뢰로운 상호작용으로 학교가 정상화 되고 교실 수업이 개선되리라 믿는다.;A school teaching is more important issue for better e-Learning process. Someone said that school teaching get faced with difficult situation for higher educational services. Because social activities of student's parent are so diverse and home affairs are so confused through jobless family or divorcing problems, lots of students are careless about preparing the school homework needed for efficient school life. So young students are guided to get the pre information about school activities of their courses. Therefore they would concentrate on classroom work and increase the level of learning process. To prevention this problems, many elementary school have enforced to use the special book called 'notice note book' that is what the students write down teacher's message for preparing the homework, etc. In this thesis, new scheme for processing notice mail is proposed to enhance thef school teaching using the personalized notice mail services. Comparing with a conventional 'notice note book', the characteristic of this new service is good enough to send educational personalized mail. So this service could promote convenient teaching process and control the contents of notice system between the teachers and the student, and lead to the increased motivation to attend classroom work activity.
