dc.description.abstract體育의 目標는 體育의 方向과 成就를 決定하는 가장 基本的인 要素이다. 最近 體育의 目標陳述이 時代的인 背景에 맞게 社會的 要求와 符合되어야 한다는 傾向으로 흐르고 있다. 이러한 傾向에 따라 여러 學者들은 體育目標를 社會的 要求에 맞게 分類 提示하였다. 體育의 目標陳述은 具體的이고 明確하게 陳述 됨으로서 敎授 學習活動에 도움을 줄 수 있어야 한다. 이에 따라 體育目標의 具體的인 單語로 Mager는 行動目標라는 單語를 最初로 陳述 하였다. 行動目標란 體育目標를 行動的인 用語로 規定 한다는 말의 意味로 定義 할 수 있다. 本 硏究의 目的은 國民學校 低學年 (1, 2, 3)의 體育目標를 分析하고 이를 土臺로 學習結果를 客觀的으로 測定할 수 있고 觀察할 수 있는 行動目標를 開發하기 爲함이었다. 本 硏究에서는 硏究主題와 關聯되는 여러 關係文獻을 考察하고 그 理論的 背景에 依據하여 行動目標의 模型을 開發하였다.;Educational goals and objectives are closely related to the directions for the educational policies to be made in school. Thus, educational objectives are an essential part of total program in all levels of school. Program objectives should be established on the basis of needs and interests of students in School. Also, the objectives should be developed based on the needs of the society in which he (or she) lives. The objectives of physical education was classified by leading scholars of physical education. Barrow Classified the objectives into four parts : (1) organic development, (2) psychomotor development, (3) cognitive development, (4) affective development. Movement Education concepts of R. Laban is increasingly popular in elementary School of European countries and north America. The concepts of laban has also been introduced into school program in Korea. Especially new curriculum of physical education of lower grade at elementary School was developed based on Laban is concept of movent. The procedures used were to analyze the literature and data available. On the basis of recent information obtained from the literature, a model for behavioral objectives of lower grade at elementary School was set forth in order to provide it to teachers and administrators in elementary School.-
