한국산 Acanthomysis (갑각류·곤쟁이목)의 분류학적 연구

Abstract

1. 본인은 한국산 곤쟁이류의 분류학적 연구를 하기 위하여 1979년 6월부터 1981년 5월까지 남해와 서해연안 및 도서일대에서 채집한 곤쟁이류중 가장 생물량이 많은 Acanthomysis속을 정리하였다. 2. 채집된 시료는 5% 중성 formaline으로 고정하였으며 동정 분류를 위하여 Lignin Pink로 염색한 다음 CMC-100으로 봉입하여 영구 프레파라트를 만들어서 관찰하였다. 3. 한국산 곤쟁이류중 Acanthomysis 속을 다음과 같이 7종으로 동정 분류하였으며 이 속의 종 검색표를 작성하였다. Acanthomysis longirostris Ii, 1936(긴발곤쟁이) A. sinensis Ii, 1964(중국곤쟁이) A. hwanhaiensis Ii, 1964(황해곤쟁이) A. aokii Ii, 1964(대만곤쟁이) A. aspera Ii, 1964(털곤쟁이) A. Koreana Ii, 1964(한국곤쟁이) A. okayamaensis Ii, 1964(일본곤쟁이) 이들 중에서 A. hwanhaiensis, A. koreana는 한국 특산종으로 아직까지 다른 해역에서는 보고된 바 없으며 A. aokii, A. aspera, A. okayamaensis는 한국산 미기록종이다. 4. 한국산 Acanthomysis속의 지역별 분포를 보면 서해안연안에는 3종 남해안연안에는 5종이 분포하고 있으며, 서해안과 남해안에 공통으로 분포하고 있는 종은 A. hwanhaiensis의 1종이다.;For the present study samples were collected from four sites along the western and southern caost of Korea including islands, during the period from June 1979 to May 1981. The specimens was preserved in 5% formalin on baord. For identification of the species all of the specimens were stained with lignin pink and then mounted in CMC-100 mounting media for permanent preparation. The observation was performed with light microscope under high magnification and drawings were made with camera lucida. As a result, Genus Acanthomysis of Korea was identified and classified as following seven species, Acanthomysis longirostris A. sinensis A. hwanhaiensis A. aokii A. aspera A. koreana and A. okayamaensis. Species key to the genus also drawn in the present study. Along them A. hwanhaiensis, and A. Koreana are the endemic species of Korea. However, A. aokii, A. aspera and A. okyamaensis were found to be new to Korea The zoogeographical review of the genus was given with short discussion.
