國民學校 敎育課程에 따른 3, 4학년 音樂敎科書의 比較硏究

Abstract

본 硏究는 같은 문화권에 속하는 한국, 일본, 대만의 국민학교 3, 4학년의 音樂敎科書를 比較검토하여 장점과 단점을 살펴보고 넓은 세계안에서 한국 음악교과서의 진로를 찾아 보려는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구내용 : A. 音樂敎科書의 性格 B. 音樂敎科書가 갖추어야 할 조건 C. 한국, 일본, 대만의 3, 4학년의 음악교육의 目標와 지도내용 D. 한국, 일본, 대만의 3, 4학년의 音樂敎科書의 分析 E. 결론 : 3 個國 音樂敎科書의 比較(3, 4학년) 한국, 일본, 대만의 3, 4학년 음악교과서를 分析, 比較하고 다음과 같은 것을 발견하게 된다. 1) 한국의 음악교과서는 악곡을 중심으로 가창 기악, 감상, 창작의 4영역이 유기적인 관계를 가지고 잘 구성되어 있으나 좁은 면적에 많은 양을 수록하여 美的감각이 좋지 않으며 내용면에서 창의성이 부족하고 흥미있는 내용이 결여되어 있고 감상곡이 적으나 학년目標와 지도내용에 잘 따르고 있으며 2) 일본의 음악교과서는 한학년이 3학기로 나누어져 있으며 내용은 양이 적게 수록되어 있으며 보다 흥미 위주로, 실제적으로 되어 있다. 지도내용은 표현과 감상을 강조하나 교과서에 감상곡이 매우 적게 수록되어 있고 외형적인 면은 어린이들에게 친근감을 주고 있고, 3) 대만에서는 3학년부터 교과서가 사용되며 한 학년에 2권으로되어 있고, 매권마다 8단원으로 되어 있으며 중국고유의 음악과 음악역사를 강조한다. 너무 많은 양을 수록하고 학문적인 진술로 일관하고 있다. 이제 우리는 같은 문화권에 속하는 한국, 일본, 대만의 국민학교 3, 4학년 음악교과서를 比較 검토하였고, 앞으로 우리의 음악교과서는 학습을 위주로 한 교재에서 흥미와 감상을 중심하고, 보다 더 정확하고 창의성 있는 교재로 바꾸어져야 할 것을 발견한다.;Since the Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese have the same cultural heritages, a purpose of the present study was intended to compare music text books, especially grades 3 and 4, for the elementary school of Korea, Japan and Taiwan. To see the emphasis where placed on, and, what are the similarities and dissimilarities among the books. To find out strong as well as weak points of the music text books. To suggest what the desirable music text book for the elementary school children would be. The present study consists of: A. A Definition and Nature of the Music Text Book B. Requirements for the Music Text Book C. Curricula for the Music Education in Korea, Japan and Taiwan Compared D. An Analysis of Music Text Book of Korea, Japan and Taiwan E. Music Text Books of Korea, Japan and Taiwan Compared F. Conclusion--Findings and Suggestions of the Present Study. Findings We have found the following results from the present study: As we have observed in our study that there are much common things among those text books of Korea, Japan and Taiwan. We have no space to cite them all. It is sufficient to cite only few significant aspects for our present purpose. Korean provides each volume for each grade. It is made of songs that deal with different areas: singing, instruments, creative activity and appreciation, and these are very well organically related. Yet it is conditioned by curriculum of rhythm, beat, musical interval and key. So the melody level is not so good. Over loaded quantity is filled the limited space that the sensous beauty is damaged. Japanese also provides each volume for each grade. It has a little quantity. It is made of songs that deal with singing, instruments, creating and appreciation. These are organically related very well. Japanese text book includes wide range of folk songs of the various countries and also round songs, choruses, music for instruments, and ensembles. Taiwanese provides two volumes for each grade. An emphasis is placed on the musical theory. Every volume is made of eight units. Each unit includes explanations for the sight singing, appreciation, creating and playing. Suggestions We would like to suggest for the desirable music text book as followings: Good music text book for the elementary school children should have 1. simple and easy songs to learn 2. an emphasis on the artistic aspect. To help pupils to live with music that much explanations for the music theory and appreciation are needed 3. a good method in which pupils can utilize easy accessive musical instruments 4. a good binding, good paper quality, etc. In order to get the Childrens attention and interest the music text book should include also clear and good photos 5. guidelines for the pupils how to use properly all the material in their own living levels.
