한국아파트의 실내구성 및 배치에 관한 연구

Abstract

現代的인 集團共同生活樣式인 아파트는 이제 우리生活 깊숙이 파고 들어 많은 사람들이 住居하고 있고 앞으로도 계속 늘어갈 展望이다. 이러한 아파트는 經濟的인 面으로나 時間的인 面으로 多大한 節減을 가져와 國民生活과 文化의 向上을 가져오는 反面 數 많은 아파트가 住居者의 家族構成員의 嗜好와 個性과 生活方式이 거의 無視되고 一律的인 設計에 依해 施工되어 限定된 空間의 效率的이고 理想的인 構成과 配置의 硏究는 퍽 切實하게 要求되고 있다. 그러므로 只今까지 지어진 아파트의 平面構成의 變化를 살펴보고 또 우리에게 實際的인 參考가 될 수있는 外國의 例로 들어보고 여러가지 可能性을 打診하여 아파트의 韓國化와 住居空間構成의 多樣性을 생각하려 하는 것이다. 그러나 硏究範圍가 너무나 廣範圍하여 자칫 混亂이 오기 쉽고 모든 아파트의 平面設計를 參酌한다는 것도 너무 漠然하다는 点을 勘案하여 우리나라 사람들의 獨特한 住居形態와 집에 對해 갖고 있는 槪念과 現代의 完璧한 住居機能을 갖춘 快適한 住居生活과의 바람직한 調和를 爲해 坪數와 家族構成員에 따른 設計의 變化에 主眼点을 두고자 한다. 될 수 있는대로 많은 아파트의 室內 平面圖를 살펴보기 爲하여 大韓住宅公社를 비롯한 여러 建設業體의 아파트의 平面設計 및 資料를 分析 檢討하고 많은 參考文獻을 通하여 새로운 空間配置, 새로운 人間的 要求에 應하는 理想的인 설계를 計劃함과 아울러 여기에 住居者의 能動的이고 主體的인 不斷한 努力으로만이 보다 좋은 生活環境을 누릴수 있을 것이다.;The apartment dwelling, being considered to be modern, collective living style, has deeply penetrated our day-to-day urban environment and the trend will continue to increase in the future. Apartments contribute to national living standard and cultural development by saving a great deal of time and money for the dwellers. On the other hand, monolithic design and construction of the majority of apartment units totally ignore needs for individuality and different living style of various members within a family group. Study for more efficient and ideal use of limited living space is needed. Therefore, we should observe variation of plans of apartments constructed heretofore, and study actual examples of other advanced countries. By exploring many possibilities, we would like to consider Koreanization of apartments and diversification of structure of living space. However, it is too vague to reference all plans of existing apartment constructions; and it is likely to cause confession if the research theme is too broad. Hence, we would like to focus our attention to size and variation of design for different family structure for desirable balance of the unique life style of the Korean people and their concept regarding home ownership, with pleasurable and efficient living combined with complete and up-to-date capabilities for modern conveniences. To study as many as possible plans for interior-plan of existing apartment units, we intend to analyse and research material and plan-design from the Korea Public Housing Corporation and other construction companies. Through many reference material, new living space arrangements and ideal designs meeting the need for new human desires will be explored. In addition, only through apartment dwellers' independent, positive and never ceasing effort, improvements in living environment may be enjoyed.;국 영문초록 수록
