dc.description.abstract철이온의 흡광분석은 여러사람들에 의하여 많은 발색제들이 개발되어 왔다. 그러나 대부분의 방법은 용매로 추출하는 등 복잡한 방법으로 이루어지고 있다 저자는 새로운 방법으로서 Fe^(++)이온과 Fe^(+++)이온을 Tannic Acid와 Gallic Acid를 발색제로 하여 흡광분석할 때 최적조건을 검토한 결과 Fe^(++)이온 또는 Fe^(+++)이온을 Tannic Acid와 Gallic Acid를 몰비 1:1이상으로 가하고 Arabic gum수용액으로 안정화시킨 다음 pH=6.5∼7.5로 조정하여 580nm에서 흡광분석할 때 1ppm까지의 미량분석이 가능함을 알 수 있었다.;Spectrophotometrical analysis of iron ion as various color-developing reagents has been developed by many scientists. But most methods attempted thus far are complicated including sovent extraction. The study have tried a new method of spectrophotometrical analysis of the Fee^(++) ion and Fe^(+++) ion in the solutions of tannic acid and gallic acid as color-developing reagents. As a result, it found that micro analysis of iron ion to 1 ppm was possible under the following optimum condition: The solutions of tannic acid and gallic acid with respect to Fe^(++) ion and Fe^(+++) ion at the moleratio upto 1:1. In each case, these solutions stabilized with aqueous solutions of arabic gum at controlled PH ranges of 6.5 to 7.5 and wavelength 580mm.-
