高校生의 餘暇生活에 關한 調査硏究

Abstract

It bears a very high significance to pay careful attention and consideration to the high school students' leisure activities in a view of part of tfieir life in order to guide and develop the junvenile to be a master of tomorrow to a sound and righteous direction. This study conducted comparative analysis on the reality of boy and girl high school students' leisure activities and their attitude to the leisure in connection with their leisure problems existing before and after the abolished refresher course and on the other hand, delved into their leisure activities in and out of school as well. This study also measured the gravity of sports among the students' leisure activities. A main object of this study seeks to find out some problem of leisure existing and measures of improvement for their better tomorrow. My questionaire was handed out to each 60 students of a class per boy and girl high school of humanities sampled out from 9 school zone groups throughout the Seoul city. 1,080 students responded to the questionaire. I summarized my findings from the analysis of 1,035 respondents not alienated from the standard and principle of my questionaire as follows: The students attached a great importance to the leisure and indicated an affirmative response to the leisure. The girl students are found less active with their leisure and they failed to make use of it as much as their opposite sex. The girl students spent their leisure rather in a passive form, namely, listening to radio and watching on T.V though the leisure time available to the students has been extended much thanks to the abolished refresher course. Most of girl students spent their leisure in classroom while in school and their home after school. Slight increase of sports activities in a positive manner was noted of the boy students after the abolished refresher course but the similar increase on the part of girl student was nominal. I advocate that education of leisure is necessary for the students to let them add positive pluses to their sound health in the terms of physical, mental and social aspect. Especially when we live in an age of advanced automation and culture, which spares our life and leisure enough, ideal guidance as for the leisure activities is a must for the boy and girls students.;來日의 主人公인 靑少年은 健全하고 올바르게 善導하고 育成하기 위해 그들의 生活에 있어서의 餘暇活用 實態에 대해 細心한 關心을 기울인다는 것은 매우 重要하다 本 硏究는 男女 高等學生들의 餘暇生活의 實態와 餘暇에 대한 態度 그리고 餘暇와 관련된 問題点을 補充授業 發生 以前과 以後의 상황으로 비교 분석하는 한편 그들의 敎內, 敎外에서의 餘暇生活을 비교 분석하고, 여가생활에 있어서의 스포오츠가 차지하는 비중을 알아봄으로써 餘暇活動의 問題点과 앞으로의 개선과제를 찾아보려는데 그 目的을 두었다. 以上의 目的을 수행하기 위해 서울市內 人文系 高等學校를 9개학군에서 男女 각 1개교당 1학급에서 60명을 調査對象으로 標集하여 질문지를 配付, 1080매를 回收한 後 本 질문지 調査 原則에서 벗어나지 않은 1035매의 질문지만을 分析處理한 結果를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 學生들은 그들의 생활에 있어서 餘暇時間을 꼭 必要한 時間이라고 하여 중요시 했으며 餘暇活動에 대해서도 肯定的인 반응을 나타냈으나 餘暇를 보다 活動的이며 가치있게 活用하고 있지는 않았다. 그리하여 補充授業이 廢止된 後 餘暇時間이 늘어났음에도 불구하고 그 시간을 라디오를 듣거나 T.V를 보는등의 수동적인 형태로 보내고 있었고 여가장소로는 교내에서는 교실, 校外에서는 가정에서 보내는 학생이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 단지 補充授業 廢止 以後에는 스포오츠 活動을 함으로써 보다 活動的인 餘暇를 보내는 학생이 다소 늘어나긴 했으나 그 증가비율은 낮았고 여학생의 경우는 더욱 그러했다. 이러한 결과는 학생들이 餘暇를 제대로 活用할 줄 모르는데서 비롯된 것이라고 생각된다. 따라서 本人은 硏究를 通하여 학생들이 여가를 보람되고 가치있게 보내기 위해 餘暇敎育의 실시가 必要하며 특히 現代와 같이 機械文明의 廢達로 인한 노동의 기계화와 인간소외 그리고 運動不足이 늘어나고 있는 이때 餘暇敎育을 통해 신체적, 정신적, 사회적으로 건강한 生活을 영유할 수 있도록 지도하여 주는 것이 바람직하다고 본다.
