海雲台 近海 海産 海綿類의 分類에 關하여

Abstract

1. 해운대 근해의 해산 해면류를 분류하기 위하여 1975년 4월부터 5월까지 본 연구자에 의해 직접 채집된 해면류와 1974년 5월부터 12월까지 채집되어 생물학과에 보관되어 있는 재료들, 그러고 부산 수산대학 임해연구소에서 잠수하여 얻은 재료들을 동정·분류하였다. 2. 동정하기 위하여 외부 형태와 골편의 종류, 모양, 배열, 크기 등을 현미경 하에서 관찰하였고 골편의 측정은 마이크로 미터를 사용하였다. 3. 동정·분류한 결과 1강 4목 13과 16속 23종 이었으며 이들은 다음과 같다. Suberites excellens, Cliona celata, Halichondria japonica, Halichondria panicea, Halichondria oshoro, Halichondria okadai, Acanthella vulgata, Pellina sitiens, Lissoplocamia tocushima, Microciona longistyla, Myxilla setoensis, Myxilla incrustans, Myxilla bivalvia, Lissodendoryx isodictyalis, Ophlitaspongia noto, Mycale plumosa, Raspailia hirsuta, Haliclona oculata, Haliclona permollis, Haliclona clathrata, Callyspongia bispicula, Callyspongia confoederata, Callyspongia elongata, Ceraochalina differentiata, Bieuma ciocalyptoides. 4. 이들 25종 중 8종 즉 Suberites excellens, Acanthella vulgata, Pellina sitiens, Microciona longistyla, Haliclona oculata, Haliclona clathrata, Callyspongia bispicula, Biemna ciocalyptoides는 한국 미기록종으로 본 논문에서 처음으로 밝혀지는 종들이다. 5. 팔(8)종의 한국 미기록종에 대하여는 기재를 하였고, 17종의 기지종에 대하여는 특기를 하였으며 이해를 돕기 위하여 25종의 외형과 골편은 현미사진을 찍어 도판을 마련하였다.;1. In order to classify the Korean marine sponge fauna of Haeundae and its adjacent waters, the author examined the materials which were collected by the author during a period from April to May in 1975, and the other materials preserved in Department of Biology, Ewha Womans University. 2. To identify the materials, the author observed the forms, sizes and arrangements of spicules under the microscope and also measured the size of spicules with micrometer. 3. The identification and the classification were turned out to be 25 species, 16genera, 13 families, four orders and one class. Suberites excellens, Cliona celata, Halichondria japonica, Halichondria panicea, Halichondria oshoro, Halichondria okadai, Acanthella vulgata, Pellina sitiens, Lissoplocamia tocushima, Microciona longistyla, Myxilla setoensis, Myxilla incrustans, Myxilla bivalvia, Lissodendoryx isodictyalis, Ophlitaspongia noto, Mycale plumosa, Raspailia hirsuta, Haliclona oculata, Haliclona permollis, Haliclona clathrata, Callyspongia bispicula, Callyspongia confoederata, Callyspongia elongata, Ceraochalina differentiata and Bierma ciocalyptoides. 4. Among them, the following eight species were found to be new to the Korean marine sponge fauna : Suberites excellens, Acanthella vulgata, Pellina sitiens, Microciona longistyla, Haliclona oculata, Haliclona plathrata, Callyspongia bispicula and Bienma ciocalyptoides. 5. The author described briefly eight species, prepared remarks for 17 reported species and made the plate figures for the external forms and the spicules of 25 species.
