효율적 수납을 위한 냉장고 디자인에 관한 연구

Abstract

우리나라는 1960년대 이후 지속적인 경제성장과 급속한 산업구조의 다양화로 인해 사회의 전반적인 구조를 변화시키고 있다. 이러한 과정 속에서 생활양식을 다변화시키고 있으며 그에 따라 식생활 양식에도 큰 영향을 끼치고 있다. 식품의 시장 상품성 확대로 반조리 식품이나 냉동식품, 페스트 푸드(fast food)등이 다양하게 개발되어 그에 따른 구매량이 증가하였을 뿐 아니라 식품의 종류도 다양하게 가족원의 기호에 알맞은 선택이 가능해졌다. 또한 주부의 사회진출 및 경제활동의 참여에 따라 시간 절약형인 식생활을 선호하게 되었다. 이러한 제반 변화는 종래보다 냉장고에 보관하는 식품의 양이 더욱 많아지고 그의 내용이 변하고 있다. 한편 우리나라는 전통음식 위주의 식생활과 서양식 식생활이 혼재해 있는 이중 구조의 식생활로 인해 냉장고에 한식과 양식의 재료들이 모두 보관되고 있으며 냉장고를 저장 장소로 생각하는 경향이 있어 각종 식품들이 장기간 보관되고 있다. 이와 같이 냉장고에 보관 및 저장되는 식품이 다른 나라에 비하여 복잡하고 다양하며 양이 많고 각 가정마다 각기 다르게 보관되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 한국적 생활에 적합한 새로운 냉장고의 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 이를 위한 진행 과정을 요약하면 다음과 같다. Ⅰ 장에서는 본 연구의 목적과 연구 범위 및 방법을 서술하였다. Ⅱ 장에서는 한국의 전통적 식생활 습관과 음식 문화 특성 및 식생활 변화 추이를 문헌자료 및 각종 통계자료를 통하여 그 배경을 파악하였다. Ⅲ 장에서는 냉장고에 대한 일반적 고찰로서 냉장고의 의미와 구조 및 원리, 종류, 발전 등을 연구하여 냉장고가 식생활에 사용되기 시작하면서부터 냉장고의 발달과정과 기술적 측면을 조사하여 냉장고 디자인 방향을 제시하기 위한 기본원리를 체계화 시켰다. Ⅳ 장에서는 국내의 시장 및 제품의 기술 및 디자인 동향을 분석하기 위해 실무자로부터 직접 현황을 청취하거나 제품 카다로그와 관련 통계자료 등을 근거로 조사 분석 하였고 현 냉장고 사용자의 식생활과 냉장고 사용상의 문제점 및 요구도를 파악하기 위하여 실태조사를 실시하였다. 서울지역 주부 12명을 대상으로 현재 각 가정에서 사용하는 냉장고 내부의 식품보관 실태를 사진촬영 및 개별적으로 면담을 통하여 1차 예비조사를 실시하고 이를 기초로 하여 서울 지역의 주부 378명을 대상으로 2차 설문조사를 실시한 후 통계처리 방법을 분석하였으며 그 결과를 토대로 문제점 및 해결책을 제시하였다.;Due to the consistent economic growth and the rapid diversification of industrial structure happened since 1960s, the total structure of society is being changed. in such process, the lifestyly is being also diversified with the style of dietary life greatly influenced. And for the extension of the marketabillity of food, foodstuffs such as half-dong food, frozen food, fast food, etc. have been diversifiedly developed, resulting in the purchase quantity increased, diversification of the kinds of food syuff, so that the choice of foodstuff according to the taste of each family member became possible, Also the housewife's increased advence into society and participation in economic activity made them prefer the style of dietry life which saves time. Resultantly the quantity of foodstuffs stored in the refrigerator became increaed than ever with the kinds of the stored foodstuffs being diversified. In the meantime, due to the dual structure of dietary life, the mixture of both the dietary life centered on traditional food and the dietary life of the western style, a regrigerator holds both kinds of food, and with a trend of thinking a refrigerator as a storing place, all kinds of food are stored in refrigerator for a long time. Thus, the foodstuffs stored in the same refrigerator are more complex, diversified, much more in quantity, and in various ways for each home, respectively. Therefore, this thsis aims at suggesting some directions for some beffer methods to store foodstuffs in the regrigerator which are proper for the living of korean people. The summarized contents included in the study are as follows: In Chapter Ⅰ, the purpose, scope, and method of the present study are described. In Chapter Ⅱ, concerning the traditional dietary habit, characteristics of food culture, chance of dietary life of dietary life of Korea people, are context of then are understood through some literature and statistics. In Chapter Ⅲ: a general review of the refrigerator is done, specially in the aspect of the significance, structure, principle, kind, development, etc. of the refrigerator, and also the developmental process from the beginning of its use and the tecncial aspect of the refrigerator are inspected, thereby systermizing the basic principle for suggesting some directions indesigning a desirous regrigerator. In Chapter Ⅳ, in order to analyse the trends of domestic markets, technology of products and product design, realities in dealing with the refrigerator have been reviewed and heard directly from some practical businessmen or inspected and analysed, based on the statistics related to the catalogue of the refrigerator. Also in order to find out the dietary life, problems, and demands of the users of the refrigeratior, the actual condition has been researched. For the study, with the subjects of 12 housewives, the actual conditions that they store foodstuffs in the refrigerator in each home were photographed, then through individual interviews, a preliminary inspection was preformed, and based on the findings, to the subjects of 378 housewives some questionnaires were distributed and collected with answers, which then were analysed through statistical process. and finally, based the findings from such an analytical study, some points at issue and plans to solve them were suggested.
