金融圖書館 資料 運用에 관한 考察

Abstract

The value of bank-library can be found in timely supply of information needed for bank. In an age of information, we can see that needs of bank library to information service are changing in various aspects. Accordingly with the routine manner of acquisition, cumulation and circulation of library resources the bank library can never meet the needs of users. As the final goal of bank library lies in the efficient service of information for users the effective selection and acquisition, prompt preparation and wide dissemination of necessary information is regarded as most important thing for achievement of such goal, but without cooperation of other libraries it is quite difficult for a single library to attain satisfactory result in its information service owing to limited ability. So mutual cooperation between bank libraries are needed to save expenses and efforts on the acquisition of and search for information. Especially bank libraries are requested to reconsider present situation of information management and organize a coopertion system for inter―library loan and development of better method of information management. Contents of this paper are divided into three chapters and the subjects handed are as follows: Chapter Ⅰ: purpose, scope and method of the study. Chapter Ⅱ: concept, target and function of bank library. Chapter Ⅲ: importance and problem of bank library service, service guide for bank library users, various methods and kinds of service in bank library, information management of bank library. For the better information management bank library some comments on information organization, professional librarian, reference service and inter-library loan of bank library is referred as conculusion of this paper.;金融團書館은 금융기관의 業務遂行에 絶對的으로 필요한 모든 情報를 適期에 提供해 줌으로써 그 存在 價値를 찾을수 있다. 오늘날 같은 情報化 時代에 있어서는 금융도서관을 이용하는 이용자들의 情報써어비스에 對한 요구도 多角度로 麥化하고 있다. 이에 따라 금융도서관도 종래처럼 圖書나 資料등을 蒐集하고 축적해서 이를 제공하는 것만을 目的으로 하여서는 利用者의 要求를 充足시 킬 수 없게 되었다. 금융도서관의 궁극적인 目的이 금융기관 및 그 직원을 위한 효율적인 자료제공에 있다면 필요한 情報를 어떻게 撰擇, 蒐集하며 신속하게 整理하여 보다 많은 資料를 이용자에게 활용시킬 수 있겠는가 하는 것이 중요한 문제이다. 이러한 도서관의 目的을 효과적으로 達成시키기 위해서는 어느 한 금융도서관의 限定된 봉사 能力만으로는 어려운 일이다. 그러므로 같은 分野의 금융도서관들은 他 금융도서관에 관해 정확한 情報를 교환 協力하여 情報의 入手나 調査에 있어서 經濟的 또는 人力的인 消耗를 節約함으로써 보다 幅넓은 써어비스를 할 수 있는 方法을 모색해야 겠다. 특히 금융도서관들의 資料運用 現況을 再考察해 보고 보다 나은 資料運用 개발에 必要한 상호대차라는 새 방안을 위해. 金融圖書館 間의 어떤 협력體制가 이루어 지도록 해야 할 것이다. 論文의 內容은 第Ⅰ章에 硏究의 目的, 硏究의 範圍 및 方法을 言及했다. 第Ⅱ章에는 金融機關 圖書館에 對한 개념, 목적, 기능을 言及하였다. 第Ⅲ章에는 금융도서관 봉사의 意義 및 重要性과 問題点, 金融圖書館 봉사를 위한 利用案內, 금융도서관 봉사의 방법과 종류를 금융도서관 자료운용 實例를 통해 분석 고찰하였다. 結論으로 金融圖書館의 Ⅰ. 資料組織 Ⅱ. 專問職 司書 Ⅲ. 參考奉仕面과 금융도서관의 보다 나은 자료운용을 위해 Ⅳ. 상호대차 필요성을 提言하였다.
