(엽형)葉形을 응용한 도자접시 연구

Abstract

The life culture of human has been much changed and developed by various factors to modern times. The ceramic ware which has been faithfully charged the role of instrument to manage dietary life also has been changed and developed again and again by historical, social and cultural factors. The ceramic tableware, which was Used in ancient times, had been made by masters but in modern times r that is made by engineers through manufacturing process, so we can't but face almost same form and design tableware onto modern people's table and so it lose traditional and cultural characters. This study noticed such a loss of characters in modern times and designing ceramic dishes which can be used conveniently and variously I tried to use inlaid method which was a traditional ceramic ornamental method of Korea and to choose various leaf's forms which can be son easily in our life surroundings as a material of design. Before performing the work I tried to investigate not only the inlaid blue porcelains of Koryo period but also Leaf's various forms and structures, and the general characters of dishes. For performing the work, at first, I used spinning method, which was a general method, and together with slip casting method to present the possibility of manufacture. In ornamental design, I used white clay and colorful clay which mixed by paints together to present the possibility of designing dishes as a modernized tableware which was grafted our tradition which has been lost by the inflow of western culture and interchange of two different cultures.;人類의 生活文化는 現代에 이르기까지 여러가지 要因으로 인하여 많은 변화와 발전을 이룩해왔다. 食生活을 營爲하기 위한 道具로서의 役割을 충실히 擔當해온 陶磁器 역시 歷史的·社會的·文化的 요인에 의해 변화와 발전을 거듭해 왔다. 匠人들의 손에 의해 만들어져서 사용되던 陶磁食器는 漸次 大量生産工程에 의하여 만들어진 것을 사용하게 되었다. 그리하여 현대인의 식탁은 대부분 劃一的인 形態와 무늬를 갖는 식기로 그 傳統的·文化的 개성을 喪失하고 있다. 本 硏究에서는 이러한 점에 着眼하여 현대 식생활에서 간편하고 다양하게 사용되는 도자접시를 제작함에 있어서 우리나라의 전통도자 裝飾技法인 象嵌技法을 이용하고, 생활환경에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 다양한 형태의 葉形을 소재로 택하였다. 作品製作에 앞서 理論的 背景으로 高麗時代의 상감문양이 시문된 접시에 대하여 考察하는 동시에 잎의 다양한 형태와 구조, 접시의 일반적 특성을 이해하려 하였다. 製作方法에 있어서는 먼저 陶磁成形의 普遍的 방법인 물레성형을 이용하고, 양산의 가능성을 제시하기 위하여 이장주입성형을 이용하였다. 문양장식에 있어서도 白化裝土에 着色材를 첨가한 有色化裝土로 상감시문을 해 줌으로서, 서양문화의 유입과 상호교류로 인하여 상실되어가는 우리의 전통을 새롭게 접목시킨 현대식생활용기로서의 접시를 제작하기 위한 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다.
