女敎師의 敎職適應에 관한 一硏究

Abstract

敎育히란 人間을 形咸하는 重要한 事業인데 그 일에 종사하는 人間이 바로 敎師인 것이다. 따라서 敎師가 좋으냐 나쁘냐에 의해서 그 敎育이 잘 되고 못 되는 것이 決定될 것이다. 그만큼 敎師라는 存在는 敎育에 큰 影響을 미치게 하는 것인데, 요즘 날로 증가되어 가고 있는 女敎師가 現場에서 一般 동료敎師나 孝生들 間(各級 學校)에 어떠한 反應을 보이고 있는지를 알아 보기 위하여,約 130名의 敎師와 約 500名의 學生들에게 女敎師, 特히 音樂女敎師의 役割과 期待 等을 各各 別途로 作成한 硏究者의 質問紙法에 의해서 수집 處理하여 要約하였다. 그 結果 音樂 女敎師들의 敎職에 對한 滿足度는 肯定的으로 反應을 보이고 있었으며 동료 敎師나 學生들과의 人間 關係도 円滿한것으로 나타났다. 또한 女敎師의 敎職觀은 보다 철저한 敎職觀의 所有가 要求되고 있으며, 男, 女敎師의 效率性으로 보아 男敎師는 男學校, 女敎師는 女學校가 適任校라는 추세를 보이고 있었다. 따라서 앞으로의 敎員養成 課程에서 보다 철저한 敎職觀의 强調와 行政職의 人事問題로 女敎師의 效率性을 前提로 한 適切한 適任校의 選定에 對하여 硏究가 있음을 希望하는 바이다.;Education is a very important work to form a human being and human being engaged in the work is the teacher himself. Therefore, it may depend upon teacher's qualification in every respect whether education may be executed efficiently well or not, and so much, teacher has, it can be said, a big influence on education. For the purpose of seeing what response is now appearing in the present place among associate teachers and students in every school to woman teacher increasing recently day by day, I used questionnaires separately prepared for getting data about role of and expectation to woman teacher, specially music teacher and the data collected from about 130 teachers and 500 students is analysed, treated and summarized. As the result of this study, extent of woman music teachers' satisfaction in the teaching profession shows a positive reaction and human relation with associate teachers or students is also appeared satisfactory. On the other hand, woman teachers' viewpoint of the teaching profession is required to be more penetrative and the tendency traced in this study shows that, with a view to efficiency, woman teachers are better adaptable for girls' school meanwhile teachers for boys' school. Consequently, I do hope that there will be an emphasis on more penetrating viewpoint of the teaching profession in the training course for the teachers in the future and a study on selection of the best adaptable school, as an administrative personnel matter, subject to efficiency of woman teachers.
