國民學校 音樂敎育 目標到達率에 關한 一硏究

A. Purposes The purposes of this researchare first to investigate and measure the learning outcome of the music education in the primary schools, secondary to offer basic data in order to judge the improvement of teaching methods. B. Problems Problems investigated n the research; 1. How well has been achieved objectives of music education in the primary schools presented in the curriculum? 2. What is the difference of the musical potencislity of the students in the different types of school and sexes? 3. Is there any significant relation of the musical poteneiality in the different music subjects (signing, instrument, creativity, appriciation)? 4. Is there any correlation between the singing ability abtained through the school tranining and performance of joyful songs? C. Methods The queastionnaireswere distributed to 635 male students and657 female students of 4th grade in the primary schoods in Seoul city. The sampling was carried by the proportional stratified random sampling. The instruments for evaluating were used, the one was the multiple choice test which consists in the choice of the best-answer and the other was the writer's direct observation of the student's musical abilities. D. Results The results are as follows: 1. Only the 43% of the students has achieved the required minimum of the goals of learning. 2. The achievement degree of each different kinds of schools was as follows: national school : 72.6%, public school : 41%, and private school : 77.4% Therefore, the national and private school students are bigher than the public, in their achievements. 3. The correlation coefficient of each sub-matter (singing, instrument, creativity, appreciation) range 0.57-0.94, shows a high correlation. 4. The correlation between the singing ability at school and the joyful songs sung outside of the school programs is as high as 0.073- -0.174 and therefore, it is not significant E. Conclusion According to the above results, it is clear that the music education in the primary schools, have not reached to educational objectives in the music curriculum. Though singing has been stressed as the most important subject in our music education and the results of present research have been shown the lowest ratio, it seems that the traditional teaching methods were concentrated only on cognitive learning and neglected to typical potencialities and richness of the music art. It is desirable that such methods for teaching should be changed and improved.;A. 目的 本 硏究는 국민학교의 音樂敎育 實態를 알아보고 학생들의 學習成果를 測定하여 學習指導方法의 改善을 爲한 基礎資料를 提供함을 目的으로 한다. B. 問題 本 硏究에서 취급한 문제는 1. 現在의 국민학교 音樂敎育은 敎育課程에 제시된 敎育目標를 어느정도 達成학 있는가? 2. 學校의 類型별 (國立, 公立, 私立) 性별 (남, 여)에 따른 학생들의 音樂技能으 어느정도의 차이가 있는가? 3. 音樂敎科의 각 領域間 (歌唱, 器樂, 創作, 鑑賞) 능력은 相關關係가 있는가? 4. 歌唱能力의 成就程度와 아동이 즐겨부르는 노래의 類型과는 어떤 相關關係가 있는가? 하는 것 등이다. C. 方法 서울시 전체 국민학교 4학년 학생응 ㄹ對象으로 하여 남학생 635명 여학생 567명을 국립·공립·사립의 학교별로 選定하였으며 層別無選比例法으로 標集하였다. 또한 最善答型의 質問紙法 및 實測法의 問項을 測定道具로 하여 絶對基準 評價方法을 使用하였다. D. 結果 本 硏究를 通하여 나타난 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 標集된 學生들의 평균 學習目標 到達率은 43%로 반수 이상의 학생이 最低의 必須目標에도 到達하지 못하고 있음이 나타났다. 2. 국립·공립·사립 학교별로 각각 평균도달율 72.6%, 41%, 77.4%로 국립·사립보다 공립학교의 學習成果가 현저히 낮음을 알수 있었으며 선 학교에서 여학생이 평균 45.4%, 남학생이 40.5%로 여학생의 音樂技能이 전반적으로 높게 나타났다. 3. 각 領域 (歌唱, 器樂, 創作, 鑑賞) 간의 相關係數는 대체로 0.57-0.94의 비교적 높은 相關關係를 보여주는 範圍안에 있었다. 4. 歌唱能力의 成就程度와 兒童이 즐겨부르는 노래의 類型과는 -0.073에서 0.174로 의미없는 相關關係를 보여 주었다. E. 結論 現在의 국민학교 音樂敎育은 敎育課程에서 提示한 目標를 達成하지 못함을 알수 있으며 특히 音樂授業의 중심이 되는 歌唱부분에 있어서 成就度가 가장 낮다는 사실은 종래의 수업이 主知的인 면에 偏重하여 음악특유의 技能開發을 소홀히 한 結果라고 생각되며 앞으로의 指導方法 改善이 要求된다.
