國産자의 눈금精密測定에 關한 硏究

Abstract

본 연구는 기술이나 기능 분야에 많이 쓰이고 있는 국산 권척들의 1mm눈금 사이의 간격이 일제 1급자와 비해서 어느 정도의 정밀도로 제작 되었는가를 검출 비교 하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 실험에서 사용한 권척은 길이 2m인 TOP, ISC, KUC, Master를 국산중에서 택하였으며 이들을 nega film에 복사하여 시료 15개를 제작하였다. 이 실험은 국산 권척을 복사한 nega film을 초완등속장치로 이동시키면서 눈금1mm의 진행 소요 시간을 Counter로 측정하였다. 측정 기구는 초완등속 장치와 빛을 전류로 바꾸는 광전검출 장치, 눈금의 위치를 나타내는(흑·백) AND-NOT 회로장치를 사용하였다. 그리고 수광부에서 나오는 전류를 증폭 시키기 위하여 Preamplifier와 실험상 수반하는 오차를 최소로 줄일 수 있도록 하기위해서 정전압 장치를 비롯하여 정밀한 6단식 Digital Counter를 설치하고 동시에 조광의 조사를 피하여 암실에 실험을 진행 시키었다. 시료 15개 중에서 중간 부분에 있는 10cm사이의 1mm눈금 간격에 관한 실험을 통해서 상대오차를 구한 결과 국산 권척들의 평균오차가 1.02%로 나타났으며 일제 1급자 0.12%에 비하여 그 오차가 매우 크다는 사실을 확인하였다. 한국의 정밀 공업이나 기술 분야의 발전을 위해서 제품의 정확한 측정이 필요 불가결하므로 정밀한 자의 제작에 관심을 기울여야 할 것이다.;The purpose of this study is to compare the accurary of 1mm interval of the scale between Korea-made tape-measures and top-class Japan-made tape-measure. Such tape measures are used frequently in the field of technology so it is important to measure the degree of their accurary. In this experiment copied nega-film of Korea-made tape measure was moved with super low speed feeder and the processing time in passing lmm was measured with U.S.A.-made Six-gear Digital Counter. As for measurement implements super low speed feeder, photo-dectector, AND-NOT Circuit meter, Amplifier, Voltages - regulatar and Digital counter were used for dark room experiment. It was recognized from the result that the relative error of the Korea-made tape measure was 1.02% while top-class Japan made one was 0.12%. Therefore, it may be thought that Scale of Korea-made tape-measure is less accurate than that of top-class Japan-made. It must be rapidly developed that technology about the accuraray of interval Scale of Korean measures.
